Hello and welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub, a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.

The Pub has made its way to Oxford and the only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no tampering with the pictures of Seve Ballesteros, Andy Fenby, Nick Williams,Tim Visser, Adam Ashley Cooper and Paul Lawrie up on the wall.

I have a nice batch of muffins baking in the oven for work tomorrow. My 2nd anniversary there, and our team will have been moved desks up to 6th floor.

Half the batch is blackberry and blueberry (no black n blue jokes please PJ/Glas ), the other half triple-choc-berry. The Welsh girl in the team doesn't like chocolate so I had to make allowances
