I Captained SA at schools and sevens levels.
I played for Western Province where my team mates included, among others, Tiaan Strauss, Corne Krige and Bobby Skinstad.
I also captained Ireland in rugby union.
I have also played for Ulster and Munster.

Finally a player who is slightly different to the others on the list, who's International career has been reduced by his faith but hasn't stopped him from going on a Lions tour with another player on this list - Euan Murray?

Correct nationality, wrong player. If the other Welsh players are Roberts and JPR (which they are), the player has to be either a centre or fullback
