I can help. That is my job. Export to excel and use VLOOKUP to compare the data. 5 minutes.

Sadly sean these are security systems incompatible with anything resembling a good f*cking idea. Plus the data has been entered by m*rons that are referred to in polite company as receptionists. They don't put in the data in a uniform way and the cross referencing has to be done by hand as each has to be checked by a third system - which does export to tables but its no f*cking use as the other data would have to be retyped in to use it. But thank you all the same.

Seems like a sound plan, but I will be most likely in Northwich for around 6 ish and then off to Pickmere later to visit other friends, the problem with not going back so much is that it turns into a mad rush to get to see everyone...

Currently waiting for a PC who is on attachment to my office today. He's now an hour late which technically doesn't bode well for his career with the WYP however, his tardiness is actually in keeping with the current practices being adopted by most officers.
