First topic message reminder :

I Captained SA at schools and sevens levels.

I played for Western Province where my team mates included, among others, Tiaan Strauss, Corne Krige and Bobby Skinstad.

I also captained Ireland in rugby union.

I have also played for Ulster and Munster.

I have captained my country in Rugby Union. I was picked in my countrys Team of the Decade when I was still a current international. I played with one club for a decade before leaving and playing for another two teams. I was an established international player and I have played in both the forwards and the backs. My brother has been capped in Rugby League for a different country to me.
