I Captained SA at schools and sevens levels.

I played for Western Province where my team mates included, among others, Tiaan Strauss, Corne Krige and Bobby Skinstad.

I also captained Ireland in rugby union.

I have also played for Ulster and Munster.

When did Williams coach the golden lions?

I represented my country in two sports at age group level - but neither sport was rugby.
My first appearance for my country at rugby was at full international level.
I am a former leading points scorer for my country.
I am so vain it was rumoured at school that i kept a mirror in my pocket while playing.
I captained my country, but not as often as I should have.

Born in Dublin Ireland in 1974. My mother played hockey for Ireland. I got 51 caps for my country at scrum half. I narrowly missed out on a couple of lions tours.

I'm no longer alive, but live on in bronze form, facing a steelworks.
