France have been by far the best team here,

and yep the kiwi crowd have loved seeing eng go out.

at least that tells us support their opponents in their games then.

Anyway, congrats France.

Eng have been a rabble in this tourny. I think Johnsons days are done with this shambles and the off field stuff.

Game ooooooover. Not surprised though, England just haven't turned up in the first half of any game, against real quality opposition that's just not an option.

Looking on the bright side, Leicester might win next weekend?

yeah i see a number of years being in the bottom half of the 6n. english rugby has slowly but sure gone down the toilet.

Maybe in a few years when the talented U21 team can come through they might improve. It has worked for Wales for sure.

Back luck England. I know what it feels like to go out to France in the Qfinal when you are the hot favourites. Seems tough that France have lost two matches in this cup and still make a semi. Where as England drop one and go out. I guess France just have that knock out rugby nous.

i never had eng as favourites. it was two dire teams and wondering who'd be worst on the day sadly.

france always seemed more likely to have a good one because they're France, they do that.

they do not have a superior wc knock record than england obviously- they just played better than us- its simple- no other reason GG.

Fair play to France, i don't even think they had to be that good to beat us.

Thought Walsh had an excellent game as well which was good to see

Entirely agree about Wells. We've really not moved forward with the old Leicester connection. I'd love to see someone like Mallett in, Johnson's selection showed a total lack of guts and nous.

I normally support France after we go out but would like to see Wales get the final now, i think they've played some decent rugby. Mind you, wouldn't mind seeing the Kiwis win as well. Maybe i'll just sulk and stop watching it all together

The turning point for me was losing that first lineout in a great position. France grew in confidence from there. Hope Wales do them in.
