Hobo's fast forward Raw Review

Back by popular demand, my review of Raw watched in fast forward.

Show opens with a CM Punk vs HHH vs John Laurientinus promo. It reminded me of the South Park episode where they set up WTF wrestling. Quite boring but it was revealed that HiaC will have a triple threat match of ADR v Punk v Cena.

HHH is the best thing about this section.

8 man tag match with sheamus and christian leading teams. David Otunga eventually gets pinned by Sheamus. It was a very quick affair for 8 people, especially in fast forward.

HHH backstage with ADR who "wishes" for Vince to return. HHH excels again.

ADR vs John Morrison - squash match with ADR winning by armbar. Once again, very little in ring action.

Advert break comes back late to the show half way through a Hugh Jackman/ Cody promo - no idea what it was about.

Hugh makes it to the ring and cuts an embarassing plug for his new movie - Robot Wars or something. I wonder who plays Sergeant Bash and Shunt in it?

Interupted by Dolph and Vikkie. Dolph is quite good in the segment, Hugh not bad as well. Hugh promises to take a jobber and turn him into a winner against Dolph. He slides out and gets a Ryder > Wolverine sign from ringside and disappears.

Sin Cara is out now - King suggest the first one out is the "original" sin cara.

Cody comes out to face him - time to fast forward.

The other Sin Cara is out now before the match starts. I think the second one is bigger than the first. Literally no idea what is going on.

Fast forward time.

Not sure what happened to Cody but he disappeared - after a few botched moves, one of the Sin Caras leaves the ring and heads back whilst the other one showboats in the ring and points at him.

Lame.

Forgot to say that HHH was going to fire someone tonight behind the conspiracy. Guess thats quite important.

Section now with HHH and Truth/ Miz.

They are apologising to everyone including the little Jimmys and HHH. Quit funny so far.

HHH accepts the apology but fines them $250k a piece for attacking the ref at NoC. He also puts them in a match against Cena and Punk. Good luck with that one guys!

HHH is very good in the COO role.

JR in the ring to interview Mark henry. Do I want to watch this? Nope - Fast forward time.

Henry attacks JR and Lawler comes in the ring to stop it.

Henry delivers the most obviously missed headbutt ever to lawler before hitting the worlds strongest slam. That headbutt was so far off!


He takes Lawler outside and a WSS through the announce desk to Lawler.

Divas out next.

wow that was really poor even in FF. Eve Torres rolls up Natalya.

Woo woo woo you know it - Jackman and Ryder do a skit backstage.

Ryder vs Dolph.

Vickie gets sent to the back after slapping Zack. Hugh gets up on apron and clocks Dolph who then walks into Zachs finisher. 1,2,3 Ryder wins!

Woo woo woo!

Swagger officially joins Vickie and Doolphs Stable in a backstage promo.

Cena and Punk backstage now. Cena calls their team the "new Rock n Roll express". Cena talks about working together and respecting Punk blah blah blah. He reminds the fans of the triple threat HiaC match and that someone is getting fired tonight.

Main event time, Miz/ Truth out first.

ad break

Miz v Cena to start. Cena dominating. Tag to Punk. Eventually Truth gets tagged in and still Punk and Cena dominate.

Cena back in.

Miz back in.

Ad break.

Miz dominating Cena - this is bad for truth and Miz - have they not seen that Cena always comes back?

Truth back in and dominating. Miz back in - shockarooney, Cena mounts comeback. Truth makeds the save and back to Cena beatdown. Cena makes the tag and is unloading on both. Miz fights out of the go to sleep but gets hit the second time.

Punk pins Miz.

Now who is getting fired. Stay tuned to HFFR

HHH comes out.

"Punk - good match. Miz/ Truth - you're fired"

The whole roster is watching backstage and are shocked. HHH gets attacked by Truth and Miz backstage. The locker room intervene and eject Miz and truth from the building.

HHH storms off - the end.

I have been very positive toward the E! I enjoyed NoC and Raw was alright (although the in ring stuff was very poor).

Is TNA on tonight? If it is, I will do a review for you.

For the record, my review was pretty accurate!

I dunno, is it tonight? Didn't they move it?

TNAs on Sundays now I think, just watched Raw myself, my highlight was Trips kicking something at the end.

You put up with a lot of the stuff I fast forwarded through. Think I only ended up watching about 20 minutes of it

The bit at the end when HHH stormed off and tried turning the table over and failed made me laugh .

Great Raw for me. Triple H was on fire - the ending when Miz and Truth were ejected was brilliant. And I was surprised at Hugh Jackman's involvement actually working.

So now you have Vince McMahon, Nash, Miz and Truth all fired - this could be a great storyline if they are going where I think they will with it, and have them invade and cause chaos.

Sets up the survivor series match brilliantly. Miz, Truth and Nash are the future endeavours club!

TNA is on challange tonight.

They have moved the first showing of Impact to Sunday nights at ten.

So Tuesday nights at 10pm you get the replay of Impact from the sunday just gone.

PPV'S are shown on the wednesday after the event from 10pm

Xpolsion follows on from Impact at 00.00 on sundays and tuesday

Impact is the highest rated show in the history of challange TV.



I also love the sight of saggy old slic ric covered in his own blood, im dissapointed to hear he wont be blading tonight, elbow injury or not im sure could have got someone to bust him open. Give the people what they want!

To be honest Lex what else is there to watch on challenge?

Unless you like 80s game show repeats?

Ninja warrior , Takeshi's castle and catchphrase

I've only once seen a winner on Takeshi's castle.

They ended the show waving. He didn't seem to win anything. Seems bizarre.

Apparently they win money, every show I've seen ends the same. Would be a brilliant way to get a new number 1 contender,

They probably win 40 million yen. Which is about a quid in English money most likely.

my favourite parts of raw were henrys headbutt, he missed by about10 inches! awful lol

miz and truth were good, miz' face when they were apologising was funny.

Heres what i dont get. triple fines miz/truth 250k... how many ref's did h himself take out at the start of the millenium??!! he seemed to knock earl hebner out every week!
