Mitchell vs Rios?

I've just read on ESB that there's talk of a potential fight between Kevin Mitchell and Brandon Rios on the Pacquiao/Marquez undercard.

How do you see this one going?

I'm inclined to agree with you both - after a fairly lengthy period of inactivity for Mitchell, I thought he gave a better account of himself in the Murray fight than was expected, but think this will be too much of a step up with a similar outcome to the Katsidis fight...

If it is true though still think it would make a fine addition to the Pac/Marquez undercard...

Rios would have too much pressure for him IMO. Rios by TKO round 7-9

Mitchell is quality but he got destroyed by Katsidas and I reckon he will get destroyed by Rios

Mitchell is not big enough to take on Rios who is a beast at the weight. Mitchell loses this by a heavy ko inside 6 and that's only if he runs. Mitchell is a classy boxer, good technique but not big enough at he weight. Drop down to SF, he would be a orld champ in no time.

Mitchell would get taken out quick i reckon, in saying that i would love to see it on the undercard of Pac/Marquez.

Jesus... I don't mean to insult Primetime but this undercard is starting to shape up and sound good and I pray to the Gods that this doesn't get shafted onto a Primetime PPV. If it does they'll be smothering themselves in peanut butter and laughing all the way to the bank.
