Post by JJJohnson Sat 27 Feb 2021, 1:42 am

*The show begins with a recap of last week's historic show with the ending of the "Open Gauntlet" and King Karl Kramer's subsequent 6WF Championship victory. We then switch to the chaotic bloodbath that ended proceedings between Marshall Murdoch & Clarke James. We shoot to the announce team, who welcome us to the show, and they go over last week's events whilst debating on what the future now holds for both world championships and the company moving forward.

*They firstly begin by saying we will shortly be issued a statement by the 6CW Council concerning the 6CW Championship situation and how both CJ & Marshall will be reprimanded following their failure to follow order last week. We then move onto the 6WF Championship and the announcement that Karl Kramer will defend inside the Elimination Chamber at the Genesis PPV. Geoff Steel versus Marty Helms is confirmed for tonight, as is Robin Reborn versus one member of the Next Big Things as well as Jackson Jackson against James McManus - all three will be qualifiers for the 6WF Title match. We get a graphic of Karl Kramer & Tyler Roth (the two men announced for the Chamber so far) with four silhouettes waiting to be filled. The commentary team then talk about the two Tag Team Tournament Quarter Finals scheduled for tonight as well as Liam Wood's handicap match with The Death Squad. Ethan Shaw's abduction of Christy James is addressed as the debate rages on whether Uryu & GazzyD can work together to bring her back to safety. We also get talk about Dante Phoenix/Marty Helms and whether there will be any more surprises following last week's blockbuster.

*Backstage and Renier Grohl is sat behind his desk ready to give an announcement. He says the 6CW Council have deliberated long and hard over the future of the 6CW Championship and what course of action to follow after last week's heinous events. It is their belief that Marshall Murdoch & Clarke James, despite their insubordination, are the two rightful claimants to the title and therefore they will have one more opportunity to compete for the prestigious belt at the Genesis PPV. He says CJ is not here tonight after suffering a serious concussion, contusions to head and body, as well as damage to his spine but when he does come back he will be met with the same final warning as his rival. It has been determined that the honour and integrity of the 6CW Championship should be preserved and therefore whoever walks away from Genesis as Champion will have earned it the "old fashioned way". In order to guard against a repeat of last week's carcrash it has been decided that the title can change hands on a disqualification therefore it is imperative that both men stay within the confines of the laws set out to them.

*The scene changes and we see Daniel Reilly and Perfect Jack getting ready for their upcoming match, the first time Revolution will team together for several years. The two men are wearing matching attire and Reilly is ready to recapture the glory days. PJ is still in a reserved mood (the after effects of nearly losing his sight) but he seems to grow in confidence from Reilly's upbeat mood. Reilly says the rest of the playing field will be sleeping on them but they know what they are capable of and it is time for a Re-Revolution. Reilly says they both need to put disappointment behind them because this is a new chapter and it ends with the tag team titles around their waists.

*Ojore & Drake are standing motionless inside the Wolf Gang HQ, staring forward. Robin Reborn walks in front of them both, clearly agitated, and he then makes it clear to both of them that it is time to start pulling their weight. He says he can't continue to carry this crusade alone, he has his own priorities, so now he needs to know whether he can rely on his "Brothers" or not. Reborn tells them he doesn't want words, just actions. They nod and walk out toward ringside as he stares after them.

Bout 1
6CW Tag Team Tournament
Drake/Ojore vs Revolution

*There is a huge ovation for the reformation of Revolution. Perfect Jack & Daniel Reilly are back in the trademark red and black colours as they make their way to ringside and the commentators talk up their proud history in 6CW.

*Ojore & Drake are next out and there is a discussion on whether these two men are holding the Wolf Gang and Robin Reborn back from reaching full potential. The many failings of both are highlighted but Henry Lloyd believes that winning the 6CW Tag Team Championships will be the first step to getting everything back on track. He predicts big things for the group by time we reach Night of Glory.

*Reilly starts out with Drake (we get a rundown on their rivalry) and Drake is able to use his size and strength to take control. He slams a back elbow into Reilly’s jaw as he returns from the ropes and then a spinning powerslam gets a two count.

*Ojore is tagged in and they nail a double flapjack on Reilly after whipping him off the ropes. Ojore gutwrenches Reilly up for a powerbomb but Reilly falls out front and counters with a snap DDT. Reilly makes the tag to PJ. PJ climbs high and looks for a double axe handle but Ojore catches him and nails a huge belly to belly slam for a near fall.

*Ojore sets up for the “Burning Hammer” but PJ fights off the back and then targets Ojore’s legs with stomps and a running chopblock. Jack attempts to get the “figure four” locked in but Ojore’s leg strength is immense and he launches PJ away. PJ runs back in but ends up jumping straight into a devastating headbutt to the chest. Drake is tagged back in.

*Drake looks for the “Jackhammer” but PJ drops off the back and scores with a hat-trick of German suplex. PJ goes up top and lands an elbow drop to the heart for a two count. Jack looks for the “Perfect Plex” but Drake shoves him into the corner. Drake looks for a running splash but Jack avoids and hits the “Perfect Slam” but Ojore breaks the count on two.

*Jack looks for the “figure four” again but Drake manages to push him away to the ropes and Ojore lands a massive right hand. Drake recovers and they deliver a double powerbomb…..Ojore knocks Reilly off the apron but PJ still manages to kick out.

*Ojore drags PJ to the corner for a “Banzai” drop but Jack moves at the final minute. Jack crawls for the corner and manages to take in Reilly as Ojore tags Drake back in. Reilly dodges Drake’s attack and hits a hurricanrana that sends Drake into the ropes before drilling him with an inverted headlock backbreaker as he returns. Reilly goes up top and lands a frogsplash but Ojore drags him under the ropes before the three count and slams him against the steel steps.

*Ojore rips the covers off the announce tables and then he slams Reilly down on top of the further one. He clambers up himself (Think Umaga at Royal Rumble 2007) and he runs across two of the tables before leaping through the air for a huge splash on Reilly but PJ drags his partner off the table just in time, sending Ojore crashing through the desk and motionless amidst the wreckage.

*PJ is making sure Reilly is ok when Drake runs around and decks both with a double clothesline. He drags PJ up and launches him against the plexiglass barriers before throwing him back into the ring. PJ is clearly in some discomfort as Drake stalks him.

*Drake crouches in the corner and then bursts out for a huge spear but Reilly comes from nowhere and intercepts him in mid-flight with an incredible RKO, sending the crowd wild. Reilly and PJ grin at one another and make the cover as the referee completes the three

*The commentary team hype up the return of Revolution whilst remarking on yet another failure for the Wolf Gang. We get a shot of a very unhappy looking Robin Reborn in the backstage area as Reilly & PJ celebrate their victory. We get confirmation that they will meet the winners of tonight’s second quarter final in next week’s semis to determine who will compete for the 6CW Tag Team Championships at Genesis.

Post by JJJohnson Sat 27 Feb 2021, 2:02 am

*We get a recap of last week's events where Ethan Shaw seemingly abducted Christy James. There is footage of GazzyD & Uryu arriving at the arena earlier in the day and asking employees if they have seen anything but their search goes unanswered. Gazzy confronts Renier Grohl and demands the 6CW Council do something. Grohl informs Gazzy that every measure is being taken and that Shaw's actions will not go unpunished. Gazzy is not impressed but then a backstage runner delivers a note.

"Be ready, I'll bring her back tonight"

*Gazzy is enraged and once again blames Uryu for his wife's disappearance. Uryu reiterates that he is happy to shoulder the blame and deal with the consequences once Christy has been returned safely. Gazzy offered a veiled threat that if any harm has come to his wife then Uryu will pay for it.

*Geoff Steel is interviewed by Fleur Michaels on his return to 6CW and the chance to qualify for the Elimination Chamber later tonight. Steel is delighted to be back and is looking forward to staking his claim to the world title but knows that Marty Helms will be a hell of a competitor to overcome. Steel is cut off by an irate Robin Reborn. Reborn is angry at Steel for eliminating him from the "Open Gauntlet" last week but also at the fact that Steel has been afforded two world title opportunities having only returned last week, reinforcing Reborn's idea of injustice inside the wrestling world. Reborn accuses Steel of being "favoured" and a "political puppet" but Steel shuts him down. Steel says Reborn can run off at the mouth all he likes but he's happy to prove, anytime, that he is superior and well worth the opportunities that come his way. He says maybe Reborn should be more concerned with keeping his own house in order before pointing the finger elsewhere. Reborn looks enraged as he backs away, making it clear that the Wolf Gang is not an entity to be provoked. Steel looks amused as he watches Reborn disappear.

*An announcement that Global Wrestling Federation Champion, Mike Masters will be live and exclusive on Proving Grounds next week

*Jackson Jackson is interviewed by Timothy Allen regarding tonight's Elimination Chamber qualifier and also Max Adamson's presence last week at Proving Grounds. Jackson says he didn't ask Max to be there last week and, more importantly, he didn't want him there. He says he doesn't need Max's critique or judgement on his career, given that his own has been shrouded in controversy. Jackson acknowledges that nobody needs to tell him that his form has nosedived in recent months but he's confident in his own abilities and he knows he more than has what it takes to become a world champion again. Jackson isn't interested in comparisons that he could join Max as a 6CW & 6WF World Champion if he was to win the Elimination Chamber, he doesn't want parallels drawn because he is concentrating on his own path and not being contained in someone else's shadow. Jackson says he knows Max will be watching because "he can't help himself" and he tells his former mentor that "this one is for you" before smirking and walking away.

Bout 2
Elimination Chamber Qualifier
Jackson Jackson vs James McManus

*James McManus is accompanied to the ring by his wife as Henry Lloyd declares that this is the first step in McManus’ ultimate quest to be a world champion. Jeff Thadeus remarks that McManus has had a fair few chances in the last twelve months but admits that all it takes is one solid run of form to take you to the main event. Jack Reynolds is surprised by the lack of The Fanatic at ringside but Henry Lloyd informs him that they have to keep one eye on the Tag Team division also, proclaiming that McManus could end Genesis as a double champion.

*Jackson Jackson enters and we get a few highlights of his run in last week’s “Open Gauntlet” before Henry Lloyd brings up Max Adamson and his disappointment in Jackson’s performance. Jack Reynolds agrees that Jackson hasn’t hit the heights of late 2019-early 2020 but that Adamson’s veiled criticism could serve as motivation.

*McManus and Jackson trade insults before the opening bell before Jackson slaps McManus in the face to shut him up. McManus looks furious but eats another slap before he can respond. Jenny McManus is screaming at her husband to teach Jackson a lesson and he swings a wild punch but Jackson avoids it with ease and nails an inverted atomic drop into a wrist-clutched cradle pin for a quick two.

*McManus gets up but Jackson thunders into him with a running dropkick (ala Finn Balor) that sends him back into the corner. Jackson follows in with a jumping splash and then he drags McManus out into a hat-trick of vertical suplexes as the commentators marvel on Jackson’s fast start. Jackson points to the corner and sets up for the “Jacksault” but Jenny McManus climbs onto the apron to distract him.

*The referee succeeds in getting Mrs McManus down but it allows James Mc to recover and he swipes Jackson’s legs, causing him to fall into a seated position on the top turnbuckle. McManus climbs up and delivers a huge back suplex that gets him a two count.

*McManus goes to work with brutal stomps and clubbing blows to the back and neck of Jackson before pulling him up into a snap suplex. McManus gets into full mount and lands big forearm strikes until the referee is forced to intervene.

*McManus yells at Jackson to stand and then lifts him up for a “Death Valley Driver” but Jackson fights off the back. Jackson runs the ropes but is popped-up on the return and McManus lands a huge British uppercut as he comes back down. McManus quickly drags Jackson back up into a “River Wensum Plunge” but only gets a two.

*McManus has words with the referee and then looks for “MK Ultra” but Jackson rolls down his back into a pinning combo for a two. They scramble back up and Jackson sidesteps, sending McManus against the turnbuckle, before hitting a tiger suplex for a two.

*Jackson sets up for the “Jacked Off” but McManus lands on his feet and headbutts his way to safety. Jackson is dazed as McManus gets him up and nails the “Death Valley Driver” but, somehow, Jackson finds the bottom rope with his foot.

*Mr and Mrs McManus target the referee with abuse now and question his competency. McManus wills Jackson back up and gets him in position for the “MK Ultra” but Jackson scrambles free and then runs his opponent into the corner for “Sliced Bread #2”…..a three count looks imminent but Jenny McManus once again provides a timely distraction.

*Jackson is annoyed as he gets up and confronts Jenny McManus, who is still on the ring apron. She swings for a slap but Jackson catches her wrist. She tries to break free but can’t as her husband gets to his feet and looks for the blindside attack. Jackson senses it and steps aside which sends Mr McManus into Mrs McManus and she falls to the hard flooring.

*Jackson wills McManus around and lands a discus elbow smash to the mouth that staggers his opponent to the corner. He lifts him onto the top rope and climbs up himself. Jackson prepares for a “Spanish Fly” but McManus battles free and succeeds in launching Jackson back down onto the canvass with crunching impact.

*McManus readies himself and then launches off with a crossbody takedown but Jackson rolls right through and stands with McManus in his arms. The crowd are cheering at the grin on Jackson’s face and then he throws McManus onto his shoulders and scores with a “Cyclone” (F-5) for the three count.

*Henry Lloyd thinks it is massively disrespectful of Jackson to use Max Adamson’s finisher but Jeff Thadeus believes that was a message sent to his former mentor as he moves within touching distance of a second world title. Jack Reynolds believes this was a huge victory for Jackson and boots his chances of emulating Adamson as one of only four who have held the 6CW & 6WF Championships.

*Jackson has his arm raised in victory but it is short lived as The Fanatic appears and wipes him out with a brogue kick. The Fanatic helps McManus up and they prepare to take Jackson out when Mike Hill & Ricky Nelson storm the ring. McManus ends up eating a “Total Elimination” kicking combo whilst The Fanatic is dumped, unceremoniously, out of the ring to join Mr & Mrs McManus in the aisleway.

*The commentators talk up The Next Big Things versus The Parasite Killers II next week on Proving Grounds as Jackson nods in respect at his saviours. Jeff Thadeus wonders whether all three men will wear championship gold at the end of Genesis.

6CW Proving Grounds Results - Saturday Feb 27th 2021 Empty Re: 6CW Proving Grounds Results - Saturday Feb 27th 2021

Post by JJJohnson Sat 27 Feb 2021, 2:15 am

*The Empire are shown arriving at the building. They continue to bemoan the fact that Karl Kramer must defend inside the Elimination Chamber after winning the "Open Gauntlet" but Charles Kramer is beyond confident that his nephew will once again prove the doubters wrong and thus prove himself as one of the all-time greats. He says there isn't a man on the roster who has any chance of dethroning the King. Timothy Allen brings up Tyler Roth, which angers the 6WF Champion, but The Consultant laughs off the suggestion and says Roth has been dealt with already, the same result will follow each and every time. He says tonight is also a chance for Johnny Oko & Vortex to make a statement as they show the rest of the chasing pack what the next 6CW Tag Team Champions look like. Timothy Allen asks about there being "two world titles" in the company now but Karl Kramer holds up the 6WF Championship and says everyone knows who the "true champion" is. Marshall Murdoch interrupts and thanks Kramer for the introduction. There is a tense stand-off before the challenge is made by Murdoch to prove who the "true champion" is later tonight. Charles Kramer is smirking and looks ready to retort and decline but KK speaks over him and accepts, promising to crush what's left of Murdoch's skull Game of Thrones style.

*Jimmy Phillips is interviewed about his upcoming challenge for the UK Championship. Phillips is unhappy that he has been overlooked for the Elimination Chamber but promises that once he dethrones Liam Wood in devastating fashion there is only so long the powers that be can continue to ignore him. Phillips says it is his destiny to be the world champion but if he has to bide his time with the UK Championship around his waist then so be it, it is strap season after all and he's coming for all the gold. Phillips isn't interested in Wood's rekindling of a romance with Emmy or the personal nature of his issues with The Death Squad....he says it's all going to turn into a horror show with the "Haunting" in town. He accuses Wood of arrogance for overlooking him whilst pursuing a war on two fronts but promises him that when this is all said and done he will remember the face and name of the man who left him with nothing.

Bout 3
6CW Tag Team Tournament
The Empire vs EZ Money/Rasta

*The commentators give us a big rundown on both Rasta & EZ Money as the former 6WF Champions make their entrance. We get highlights of both men’s history with The Empire over the last month as a debate rages on about whether they can prove a fly in the ointment again tonight.

*Charles Kramer leads Johnny Oko & Vortex to ringside as we get a shot of Karl Kramer watching from The Empire locker-room. Oko gets ready to start the contest out with Rasta before Vortex runs into the corner and crushes EZ Money with a huge splash to take him out of commission before the bell.

*Rasta is momentarily taken by surprise and it allows Oko to hit the “tic-tac-toe” three kick combo to knock him down. He drags Rasta back up and whips him off the ropes before nailing a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker for a two count.

*Oko backs Rasta up in the corner and lands vicious chops to the chest before tagging in Vortex. Vortex drags Rasta out of the corner and drills him with a Samoan drop as Oko comes off the top rope with a tucked legdrop. Vortex drags Rasta to the corner again and prepares for a Banzai drop to end proceedings but EZ Money drags Rasta to safety from the outside, causing Vortex to land hard.

*Both men look for the tag and get it. Oko storms in for a running yakuza kick but EZ ducks it and counters with a standing enzeguiri. Oko staggers into the ropes and comes back into a t-bone suplex for a two count.

*EZ drags Oko up and prepares for a piledriver but Oko swipes his legs. EZ is catapulted to the corner but he lands on the turnbuckle and then spins back through the air with a back elbow takedown as Oko gets up. Oko staggers to his feet and EZ drills him with a Russian legsweep before pointing to the top rope.

*EZ heads for the top rope and prepares for the “Money Shot”. Vortex is up and he tries to grab at EZ’s foot but the former 6WF Champion scores with multiple kicks to the head until the big man falls off the apron. EZ then leaps off the top rope but takes double knees to the gut for his troubles.

*Johnny Oko gets to his feet and there is a brief moment when he distracts the referee as Charles Kramer lashes his cane across EZ’s head whilst he is resting against the ropes. Rasta gets back in the ring and looks for the “Trouble in paradise” kick but Vortex catches him in his arms and crushes him with the “Rupture”

*Both members of The Empire then focus on EZ Money. Vortex hits another “V-X Express” splash in the corner before he scoops EZ up. Oko climbs the turnbuckle and launches off with the yakuza kick to the face that flips his opponent off of Vortex’s shoulders. Charles Kramer has a smirk on his face as the referee makes the three count.

*The commentators talk about how that was the most dominant performance we have seen yet in the tournament whilst Jack Reynolds points to Charles Kramer as the “X-Factor” because his influence can sway any bout in favour of his clients. Henry Lloyd is ready to declare The Empire the 6CW Tag Team Champions but Jeff Thadeus says they will have sterner tests between now and Genesis.

*There is a shot of Karl Kramer applauding his allies from backstage before we see The Empire celebrating on the stage with Charles Kramer. The commentators pay tribute to both Rasta and EZ Money, both of whom receive a warm reception from the virtual audience, and say they have been a welcome addition to the roster in recent weeks.

6CW Proving Grounds Results - Saturday Feb 27th 2021 Empty Re: 6CW Proving Grounds Results - Saturday Feb 27th 2021

Post by JJJohnson Sat 27 Feb 2021, 2:33 am

*We get a graphic hyping up Revolution vs The Empire & The Next Big Things vs The Parasite Killers II next week in the semi-finals of the 6CW Tag Team Championship Tournament.

*Uryu & GazzyD head out to ringside and Gazzy gets on the mic. He's irate and says time to cut the (beep). He wants Ethan Shaw out there and to return his wife immediately otherwise he will rain hellfire down. Shaw appears on the big screen and is eerily calm. He says not a hair has been harmed on Christy's head and that she will be returned but only when Gazzy & Uryu listen to what he has to say. Shaw says over the last week he has read all the reports and comments about his "abduction" and painting him out like a "delinquent" but he says it could not be further from the truth. Shaw is a mercenary, a hunter, and he purposefully targets the weaknesses of his prey. Christy is not only Gazzy's weakness but Uryu's too, their Achilles' heel, and she has allowed Shaw to snare two targets in one. Shaw says that his goal from day one has been to eliminate each and every member of the 6CW roster, one by one, and that it was just sheer bad luck that Uryu's number came up first. He says this was only ever about eliminating the competition but the games it has led to have become so enjoyable that he doesn't want to stop, not until he has achieved his goal. Shaw says if it wasn't them it would be someone else but it is them and it doesn't stop until he says so, not when they decide. Shaw makes it clear that he lied and he won't be giving Christy back tonight but he will bring her along next week to watch the match. Uryu and Gazzy look confused but then a graphic appears on the screen from social media:

"BREAKING NEWS - GAZZYD & URYU ISHIDA WILL COLLIDE NEXT WEEK FOR THE FINAL ELIMINATION CHAMBER SPOT"

*Shaw seems pleased to be the one delivering the news and says he can't wait to relay the information to Christy. Gazzy is incensed as Shaw says they can work it out between them but it doesn't really matter which one goes first or which one goes last, they will both be disposed of in time. But next week he wants an answer as to who will step up and face him at Genesis....then and only then he might consider returning Christy to the man of her dreams....whichever one that is.

The screen goes off as the commentary team are stunned by Shaw's mindgames. Gazzy is beside himself and wants to go looking for Shaw but Uryu cuts him off. Ishida doesn't want to anger Shaw and put Christy in danger but Gazzy shoves him to the floor and rushes backstage, leaving Uryu sat on the canvass in a contemplative mood.

*Liam Wood is interviewed backstage. Wood says the doctors told him he's likely suffering a concussion but he doesn't care. He says some things are more important than staying home and resting and that tonight is one of those occasions. Wood accepts the wrongs he has committed in the past, he can't change it, but he is doing his upmost to get life back on track. But something always comes along to drag you back down and in this instance it is the Death Squad. Wood says as long as Marinov, Varyag & Castile are around he won't be able to move on, they won't let him, so now is the time to exorcise the demons of his past once and for all. Wood is asked about Jimmy Phillips and the UK Championship but he says he will deal with that when the times comes but first and foremost he has to deal with the problem at hand.

6CW Proving Grounds Results - Saturday Feb 27th 2021 Empty Re: 6CW Proving Grounds Results - Saturday Feb 27th 2021

Post by JJJohnson Sat 27 Feb 2021, 2:34 am

Bout 4
Handicap
Liam Wood vs Death Squad

*We get a shot of Emmy pleading with Liam Wood not to go out to ringside to face The Death Squad. Wood says he understands her worry but this is something he needs to do. He’s trying to put the past where it belongs and that means Marinov, Castile & Varyag too. He says if he doesn’t settle this then they’ll think they can just keep coming back and getting involved in his business.

*We shoot out to ringside where Varyag and El Castile have arrived, to huge boos from the audience. They are all smirks as we get a recap of their attack on Liam Wood during the “Open Gauntlet” last week. The commentators give us the background of Wood’s involvement with The Death Squad and how they have taken it personally that he’s left them behind as he tries to get back to his old self.

*”Revival Mode” booms out and the crowd cheer for the arrival of the UK Champion. Varyag and El Castile ready themselves but then Wood comes from behind with a steel chair and lashes it across Varyag’s back, sending him through the ropes to the outside. Castile whips around and Wood throws the chair at him, which he catches, before booting it in his face. Varyag tries to climb back up and get in the ring but Wood grabs the chair again and launches it through the air (ECW style) so that it crashes off his head and leaves him slumped on the outside.

*Henry Lloyd is criticising Wood’s tactics but Jack Reynolds says this is a “fight for survival” and Wood is only paying The Death Squad back for what they did to him last week. Castile is up in the corner as Wood crashes into him with a running dropkick and then drags him out into a chokeslam backbreaker. Varyag is once again stumbling up on the outside, blood running down his nose, as Wood runs to the ropes and dives through with a suicide dive that slams the big man back into the plexiglass barrier.

*Wood returns to the ring and he climbs the ropes before leaping off with a double axe handle as Castile gets up. He grabs Castile’s legs and performs a fifteen revolution big swing as the crowd go wild. Wood then drags his foe up and flips him into a sickening lungblower. Varyag pulls himself back up onto the apron as Wood slams into him with a turnbuckle spear (ala Big E) that sends them both crashing back down onto the concrete again

*The commentators talk up this miraculous performance from the UK Champion as he is laying waste to the The Death Squad like a man possessed. Wood clambers back into the ring and he drags Castile up into a “Manson Driver” before applying the “Viper Lock”. Castile is screaming in pain, readying to give up, as Varyag once again starts to climb back into the ring, astonishment from the commentators on his resilience. Wood releases the submission and he runs the ropes before nailing the “Psycho Crusher” foot stomp on Varyag as he pushes his head through the ropes. Varyag is out on the apron as Wood turns back to Castile.

*The crowd boo furiously as Vladimir Marinov comes rushing down to the ring and leaps onto the apron. Wood spins around and grabs Marinov before launching him over the ropes into the ring. Marinov tries to plead for mercy but Wood kicks him onto his stomach and applies an excruciating “Viper Lock” as Marinov desperately screams for an escape. Wood finally releases as the referee checks on Marinov and rolls him toward the outside.

*Wood focuses back on Castile, who is reaching his feet, but then Jimmy Phillips storms the ring and smashes Wood in the head with the UK Championship belt before rolling back out, unbeknownst to the referee. Phillips is smirking as he is berated on commentary.

*We get a glimpse of Emmy backstage and she is in tears as El Castile hits the “Marca De la Muerte” knee strike to the back of Wood’s head as he tries to recover. Varyag is back on his feet, looking groggy but angry, and he waits for Castile to drag Wood up before connecting with the destructive “Voyna Gospodin” club to the head.

*Jimmy Phillips is standing in front of the cameras modelling the UK Championship ( a sign of things to come?) as The Death Squad score the “Khorosho & Mal” double team move, backbreaker/flying footstomp combo. The referee makes the academic three count.

*The commentators are in disbelief after Wood’s flying star but they cite Jimmy Phillips as the reason why The Death Squad are victorious here tonight. Phillips kisses the UK Championship and tells it he will see it soon before tossing it back toward the ring and heads backstage. Jack Reynolds says Phillips is making this personal now whilst Jeff Thadeus wonders how Liam Wood is going to manage to fight on two fronts given that he has failed to get rid of The Death Squad here tonight.

*Marinov recovers, wincing in pain, and he looks jubilant as he raises The Death Squad’s arm in victory. He spits down on Liam Wood, who is unmoving, as the commentators talk about how the DS may be out of the running for the tag titles but they are showing themselves to be a serious threat to the division in the long term. None of the commentators like Wood’s chances of recovering in time for Genesis and successfully defending his title against Jimmy Phillips.

6CW Proving Grounds Results - Saturday Feb 27th 2021 Empty Re: 6CW Proving Grounds Results - Saturday Feb 27th 2021

Post by JJJohnson Sat 27 Feb 2021, 2:43 am

*There is a commotion backstage as security are keeping apart The Next Big Things, The Parasite Killers, The Empire and Revolution. There seems to be a whole lot of animosity and trash talk flying around as the commentators continue to hype up next week's semi-finals. The Next Big Things are then informed that they are needed at ringside and they are withdrawn from the situation whilst continuing to trade barbs with their rivals

*Marty Helms and Renier Grohl go at it once again inside of Grohl's office. Helms is furious at what happened last week but Grohl is sick of repeating himself. He says Helms has been granted his match with "Hellion" at Genesis and that tonight he also has the chance to qualify for the Elimination Chamber to become the 6WF Champion, he isn't sure what else Helms wants. Helms says that Grohl's head on a spike might suffice and although Grohl looks worried he informs Helms that his threats, verbal or physical, will no longer be tolerated. Helms seems amused and asks Grohl "what are you doing to do about it?". Grohl looks Helms dead in the eye and assures him "that is not a road I recommend you travel"....Helms just stares for nearly a minute before he overturns the desk, causing Grohl to back up against the wall. Security rush in but Helms is already backing toward the door, warning Grohl not to make threats he can't back up.

*We see GazzyD storming through the backstage area, ripping the place apart, looking for Christy but his search comes to nothing. He walks into his own locker-room to see a message sprayed on the wall.

Bout 5
Elimination Chamber Qualifier
Robin Reborn vs ???

*Robin Reborn leads Ojore/Drake to ringside and the commentators talk about the Wolf Gang’s slump and how will Reborn respond. We also recap the confrontation between Reborn & Geoff Steel earlier in the night.

*Reborn gets on the mic and he is not happy. He says he’s been banging the drum of “injustice” for a while now and yet the Wolf Gang still aren’t taking seriously. He’s been racking his brains for the reason why and he’s finally decided that it’s because Ojore & Drake are not representing the brand as they should. He doesn’t believe they want this as badly as he does, he doesn’t believe the fire burns inside them as much as it does with him. He needs proof of their commitment to the cause.

*Ojore and Drake look repentant as Reborn produces a leather strap. He says that every failure sets their cause back ten times more a step forward and that they cannot afford any more failures. He says they must be held accountable for their shortcomings and tonight it was Drake who failed when he allowed himself to be pinned by Daniel Reilly. Ojore takes a step back as Drake and Reborn stare at one another. Finally Drake drops to his knees and allows Reborn to deliver ten heinous lashes across his spine, leaving deep red and bloody welts. The commentators are stunned and sickened but Drake does not complain, he merely writhes in pain. Reborn gets back on the mic and says when the Wolf Gang celebrate success, they all celebrate, and when they suffer, they all feel the suffering….no brother will be left behind and Drake has proven his dedication. He orders Ojore to help Drake to his feet. He takes Drake by the face and the camera pan in on him as he tells Drake “I forgive you, brother”

*Ojore helps Drake to the back as the commentators talk about what they have just witnessed. Jeff Thadeus believes Reborn is now brainwashing his “cult” and that spells danger for the rest of 6CW. The Next Big Things then enter the stage and Ricky Nelson wins rock, paper, scissors over Mike Hill to get his shot at the Elimination Chamber. Mike Hill looks disappointed but psyches his protege up as he sends him down to the ring. The commentators revisit the tag feud with The Parasite Killers and NBT possibly winning the 6CW Tag Team Titles but also debate on whether Ricky Nelson can follow in his mentor’s footsteps by becoming a world champion.

*Reborn and Nelson start at a lightning pace as both men demonstrate incredible athleticism and reflexes, back flipping and cartwheeling out of counters as the crowd cheer the action. Ricky Nelson twists Reborn’s arm and then springboards off the ropes with a hurricanran but Reborn flips out onto his feet and nails a leaping heel kick as Nelson comes back around

*Reborn looks for “rolling thunder” but Nelson avoids and nails a standing moonsault for a one count. He pulls Reborn up for a vertical suplex but Reborn floats over the back and shoves his opponent to the corner. Nelson leaps onto the turnbuckle and moonsaults back but Reborn catches him in midair with an incredibly timed dropkick…..Reborn drags Nelson up and nails a Michinoku driver for a two count.

*Reborn goes out to the apron and looks for a springboard forearm but jumps straight into an “x-factor” facebuster. Nelson follows up with a lionsault for a two count. Nelson grabs Reborn’s arm and looks to get an armbar locked but Reborn pulls free and swipes Nelson’s legs before locking in a sharpshooter. Nelson is in a whole world of pain and trouble but manages to find the ropes after over two minutes in the hold.

*Reborn looks annoyed as he stomps down on Nelson’s spine repeatedly before dragging him back to the centre. Reborn looks for the sharpshooter again but Nelson counters with an inside cradle for a close two. They scramble up and Nelson looks for a leapfrog but Reborn catches him on his shoulders and throws him into the ropes. The momentum, though, allows Nelson to fly back with a headscissors takedown. They get back up and Reborn misses with a clothesline as Nelson attempts “Rapid Fire”…..Reborn twists free and looks for the “Wing Clipper” but Nelson counters with a backdrop. Nelson nails a discus elbow to the head as Reborn stands, sending him into the ropes, and snaps him into a powerslam on the comeback for a two count.

*Nelson heads for the corner and hits a missile dropkick on Reborn. He then heads for the opposite corner for the “New Next Big Move” but Reborn drives his knees up just in time. They both struggle up and Reborn hits the “World Star” neckbreaker for a two.

*Reborn argues with the referee and then positions Nelson and heads for the corner. He seems to be contemplating a “Shooting star press” but Nelson recovers and lands furious right hands. Nelson climbs up and looks for a frankensteiner but Reborn clings onto the turnbuckle to send Nelson crashing down to the mat on the back of his head. Reborn then leaps off the turnbuckle with a variation of the “phenomenal forearm” as Nelson stands.

*Nelson staggers up in the corner and Reborn drills into him with a helluva kick before dragging him out into the centre with a “God’s Last Gift” for the three count.

*The commentators applaud Nelson’s effort but admire that Reborn was on a different level tonight, showing new purpose. Henry Lloyd believes a message has been sent to everyone else inside the Elimination Chamber and Jack Reynolds wonders whether Reborn’s “cult” will play their part in his quest to become world champion once again. We see Ojore and Drake watching backstage and there is a close-up of Drake’s wounded back as the commentators talk about what these men are willing to sacrifice in order to get Reborn to the top. Reborn celebrates on the stage as Mike Hill climbs into the ring to commiserate with Nelson. The announce team talk up the Next Big Thing’s chances of still winning tag team gold and that Nelson should be proud of his performance against a world class athlete like Reborn.

*King Karl Kramer, Tyler Roth, Jackson Jackson & Robin Reborn are now confirmed for the Elimination Chamber as we get a graphic on screen with two positions still to fill.

6CW Proving Grounds Results - Saturday Feb 27th 2021 Empty Re: 6CW Proving Grounds Results - Saturday Feb 27th 2021

Post by JJJohnson Sat 27 Feb 2021, 2:53 am

*Marshall Murdoch is interviewed by Fleur Michaels. Marshall admits that last week's main event got out of hand but he has no regrets. He says Clarke James tried to end his career, to take his life away, so he did what he had to in order to exact his revenge. He says that he doesn't feel atoned and that he will continue to seek vengeance and retribution on the man he once considered his brother but he says there are ways to hurt someone that go way beyond the physical. He says he wants to see CJ writhing in agony in a pool of his own blood and (beep) but he also knows that winning the 6CW Championship and being vindicated in his actions is so important to James so he is going to do everything in his his power to deny him that. He wants CJ to know that he is the sole reason why he never amounted to anything, he wants to be the man who denied and deprived James of the one thing he truly ever cared about. Marshall knows CJ will do everything he can to get under his skin but at Genesis he will "wrestle" the fight of his life, within the confines of the rules, and he will systematically destroy James in the most legal of manners so that everyone knows who the Undisputed 6CW Champion really is.

*Timothy Allen tries to get access to The Empire's locker-room with news that Karl Kramer will battle Tyler Roth in a Falls Count Anywhere match next week. The news, however, only seems to enrage Karl Kramer. We don't see the 6WF Champion but we can hear him ranting about conspiracies whilst he trashes the room and his uncle tries to calm the situation down. Vortex congratulates Allen on "screwing things up" whilst Oko slams the door shut again.

Bout 6
Elimination Chamber Qualifier
Geoff Steel vs Marty Helms

*We get plenty of hype ahead of this bout as the commentary team talk up both men’s potential and history as former 6CW Champions. This will be Geoff Steel’s first singles match since returning whilst Marty Helms has been preoccupied with Dante Phoenix. Henry Lloyd is still referring to Helms as “the champion who never lost his crown” as he makes his entrance.

*We get a quick recap on Geoff Steel’s promo earlier and his run in with Robin Reborn. We also head back to 2011 when Geoff Steel captured the 6CW Championship inside of the Elimination Chamber (could that be a factor heading forward???)

*Helms and Steel square off and there is plenty of animosity between the pair. Helms shoves Steel in the chest but receives one back, arguably with more power. Helms falls into the ropes but then storms forward and attempts a “Bullhammer” elbow from nowhere but Steel ducks it and then swipes Helms’ legs. Steel looks to get the “Steel Works” locked in but Helms succeeds in kicking him away.

*Both men get to their feet and Helms looks for a running clothesline but Steel ducks and snaps off a five punch combo that ends with an uppercut that drops his opponent. He delivers a big scooped slam on Helms and heads for the corner. Helms is up and lands a right hand to the jaw before attempting a superplex. Steel battles free with successive headbutts that send Helms crashing back down to the canvass before nailing a flying headbutt to the chest for a close two.

*Steel tries to pull Helms up into the “Blade Cutter” but Helms swipes his legs and catapults him against the corner. Helms spins Steel around into a Samoan drop for a two count.

*Helms heads for the corner now but Steel swipes his legs and then shows great power to slam him down off the top rope to the canvass. Steel looks for a spear as Helms rises but runs straight into an AA spinebuster for another two count.

*Helms flips Steel up for the “Infinity Edge” but Steel drops out front and rallies with stiff European uppercuts. Helms fires back with a colossal knee to the gut and whips Steel to the corner but Steel rebounds with a huge spear from nowhere. Both men get up and Steel nails a fireman’s slam (Attitude Adjustment) for a close two.

*The crowd are applauding both men’s efforts as Steel grabs Helms’ legs again and tries to lock in his patented submission. Helms draws back into himself and kicks Steel away so that he collides with the referee and knocks him down. Steel comes forward and Helms boots his knees out from under him before rising. Helms nails the “Blade of the ruined king” knee strike to the back of his opponent’s head but there is no referee to make the count.

*Helms tries to revive the official and then sets up for the “Bloodthirster” punt kick. Steel catches his leg at the final moment and manages to take him down before locking in the “Steel Works”. After almost two minutes in the hold Helms taps out but once again there is no referee to make the count.

*Steel tries his hand at reviving the referee before seizing Helms by the head for the “Bladecutter”. Helms responds with a blatant low-blow and then flips Steel up for the “Infinity Edge”. A new referee comes running down the ramp but suddenly they scale the ropes and leap off with a “meteora” on Helms as we see it is Dante Phoenix.

*Henry Lloyd is beside himself as Jack Reynolds & Jeff Thadeus talk about how personal this has gotten between both men. Dante Phoenix dodges a wild right hand from Helms as they get up and scores with a “From the Ashes” roundhouse kick before diving from the ring.

*The original referee recovers as Geoff Steel drags Helms up and scores with the “Bladecutter” on his fourth attempt to seal his place inside the Elimination Chamber.

*Dante Phoenix backs up the ramp with a smirk as the commentators talk about how Marty Helms is going to be baying for blood after what just went down.

6CW Proving Grounds Results - Saturday Feb 27th 2021 Empty Re: 6CW Proving Grounds Results - Saturday Feb 27th 2021

Post by JJJohnson Sat 27 Feb 2021, 3:08 am

*We see Dante Phoenix walking toward the exit of the arena. He takes off his referee's jersey and throws it in the trash with a smirk before leaving as the commentary team talk about how personal the clash with Marty Helms at Genesis becoming. A car pulls up outside the arena as Phoenix disappears and Tyler Roth gets out. The announce team are surprised to see Roth and wonder why he has turned up so late to show, debating on what he has planned before we go off air.

*Robin Reborn is in front of the podium in the Wolf Gang HQ to deliver a message of intent. Ojore and Drake are stood behind him, heads bowed, as Reborn denounces all that is wrong with 6CW, including pandering to the egos of men like Geoff Steel, whilst promising to bring the company out of the darkness and into the light. He says he and his "brothers" are all pulling in the same direction and their ultimate goal is well within reach. Reborn promises that there will be no more failures and that he will become 6WF Champion inside the Elimination Chamber. He says that this is just the beginning of their crusade and that their dedication is unwavering, they cannot be stopped and they will do whatever they have to to get the attention of the masses.

*Uryu has followed Gazzy out into the parking lot and tries to stop him to talk some sense but Gazzy gets in his car. Uryu stands in the way but Gazzy speeds straight for him which causes Ishida to dive to safety. Uryu is left with his hands on his hips as he watches the car disappear. The commentary team wonder what will happen when they meet next week for the final Chamber spot and who will step up to answer Shaw's challenge.

*We get final shots of Marshall Murdoch & Karl Kramer preparing for the main event. Charles Kramer is sat next to his nephew, trying to calm him down, whilst Murdoch is strapping up his hands. The commentary team then recap on everything we have seen tonight including:

*Geoff Steel, Jackson Jackson & Robin Reborn qualifying for the Elimination Chamber
*6CW Championship can change hands on a DQ at Genesis
*Next Big Things vs Parasite Killers & The Empire vs Revolution in the Tag Team Semi-Finals next week
*Kramer vs Roth - Falls Count Anywhere (next week)
*GazzyD vs Uryu Ishida - Final Chamber spot (who will accept Ethan Shaw's challenge and will Christy return?)
*Liam Wood's condition after The Death Squad & Jimmy Phillips' attack. Can Wood retain the UK Title at Genesis?
*Is the Wolf Gang becoming a cult?
*What is next between Dante Phoenix & Marty Helms? Can the "Monster Hunter" really defeat Hellion?

6CW Proving Grounds Results - Saturday Feb 27th 2021 Empty Re: 6CW Proving Grounds Results - Saturday Feb 27th 2021

Post by JJJohnson Sat 27 Feb 2021, 3:09 am

Main Event
King Karl Kramer vs Marshall Murdoch

*We get a recap on the confrontation between Marshall & Kramer earlier tonight ahead of the main event. Marshall makes his entrance first, cheered on by the overwhelming majority, before King Karl Kramer is accompanied out to ringside by his uncle.

*There is a tense staredown between both competitors as Kramer tells Murdoch to “bow to the king”. This causes Marshall to shoot for the double leg and he rips KK off the floor before driving him down into the canvass, exploding with vicious ground and pound. Kramer manages to push him off before scurrying to the outside where he formulates a plot with Charles Kramer.

*KK returns to the ring and he goads Marshall into a test of strength before ploughing his boot into the gut of the 6CW Champion. He rattles off with right hands and then looks for an Irish whip but Marshall ducks his attack on the comeback and then rebounds with a leaping lariat. They get back up and Marshall drops to one knee to spin around Kramer and then scores with a bridged German suplex for a two count.

*Marshall keeps the waistlock on Kramer and pushes him against the corner whilst swinging around with brutal punches to the head until the referee intervenes. There is a scuffle in the corner and KK manages to land a backheeled low-blow unbeknownst to the referee

*Kramer runs the ropes and he returns with a huge shoulder block that takes Marshall off of his feet. He follows up with a hat-trick of scooped slams before charging into the corner and nails an exploding catapult avalanche splash (ala Jack Swagger) for a two count.

*Kramer takes control now as he wrestles Marshall up and launches him to the corner, stomping at his stomach. The commentary team talk about the injuries that Marshall suffered to the body last week as KK places him in a bearhug. Marshall tries to fight free but Kramer is so strong and wears him down. Marshall fades and the referee checks his arm. The arm drops twice but on the third Marshall is able to fight back into consciousness. Murdoch claps his hands on Kramer’s ears to force the break. Marshall then runs the ropes but heads straight back into a huge pop-up, one-handed slam as he comes back.

*Kramer backs up into the corner and he stalks Marshall before running out for the “Cannonball Run” but Marshall counters with a drop toe hold and applies the anklelock. Kramer is fighting with everything he has to get loose but he can’t shake Marshall off of him. KK gets within inches of the ropes but Marshall drags him back and cranks up the pressure again. Kramer manages to get onto his back and he kicks Marshall to the floor with his huge legs but Marshall continues to hold onto the  ankle. KK seems to be really weighing up his options as the referee is suddenly distracted by Charles Kramer.

*Vortex and Johnny Oko run down to the ring. Oko leaps up onto the apron so Murdoch releases the submission and swings an angry punch, which Oko just manages to avoid. Marshall glares at the members of The Empire and then heads back for Kramer. He drags him up but KK nails the “Karnage” spinebuster from nowhere.

*KK takes his time to capitalise due to his ankle but eventually makes a cover for a two count. The Empire berate the referee but the official stands his ground. KK sets up for the “Kiss the ring” but Marshall dodges it and in one swift movement manages to nail a “Texas” Slam (Alabama) from nowhere. The effort sends pain coursing through Marshall’s body as he staggers to the corner.

*KK stumbles up and Marshall runs out to meet him with the flying “Drive By” knee to the face. The three count looks assured but the referee is dragged from the ring by Vortex.

*Johnny Oko quickly scales the ropes and he waits for the confused Murdoch to rise before leaping off with a yakuza kick to the head. Vortex joins his partner in the ring and he destroys Marshall with the “Rupture” as the crowd boo. The Empire check on Karl Kramer as Murdoch is left in a heap.

*Tyler Roth then appears on the big screen and is in conversation with Timothy Allen. Roth says it’s time to lift the lid on Charles Kramer and exactly what went down in Japan because The Consultant’s version of events is bull(beep). Roth says everyone wants to know why he hates Kramer so much and he says it comes down to honour, of which CK has none and the wrestling world in Japan is built upon. He says when he arrived in Japan the tales of “Korekuta” where already legendary, The Collector was renowned because he wanted control over the very best superstars, showering them with false promises, and more often than not he got exactly what he wanted.

Roth says The Collector would seek out anyone with serious potential or anyone who was making waves. And then one night he came calling for Roth after he’d won the GHC Heavyweight Championship. But Roth declined because he’d seen first hand the wreckage that this man could cause to people’s careers. He’d been present when they’d carted guys off to the hospital with career-ending injuries after “accidents” had occurred, he’d seen top class superstars lose everything in the matter of months….personally, professionally…..bank accounts drained, livelihoods ruined...the moment you stopped being useful to Korekuta then you became a marked man.

Roth goes on to say that in this profession you expect to get beat up, you expect violence and you expect that more times than not there are going to be those who try to take what you have….but at least, in most cases, the guy trying to take away from you is willing to get in the ring and make it happen. But not Charles Kramer. Kramer is a snake, and he worms his way in, poisoning any facet of your life that he can in order to inflict maximum damage. He’s the biggest coward walking the Earth but he’s a dangerous coward because he can end you and that’s exactly what he tried to do to Roth.

After Roth rejected his overtures he was pursued and targetted at every available opportunity. He had men turn up at his house, he was attacked in hotels and in public areas whilst Kramer tried to deny all knowledge. But Roth would not and could not be stopped as he roared onto G-1 Climax victory and finally the IWGP Heavyweight Championship. Roth laid waste to anyone associated with Charles Kramer and near bankrupted him in the process.

But then that’s when Kramer sent his “assassin” in. Johnny Oko. Roth says that everyone knew that Kramer had ties to the Triads and that Oko was like blood. CK flew out of the country to give himself an alibi when Oko tried to end his career but Roth overpowered him and cracked his skull, leaving him in the hospital. Roth says that is when word reached him that CK has reappeared in 6CW with his nephew in tow. So he sewed up the final seeds in Japan, showing honour as always, before coming over here to pursue his revenge. Because CK tried to take his life from him, and there were men he considered “friends” in Japan who’s lives were ruined by Korekuta. So now he’s here and he will not rest until…

*Vortex and Johnny Oko suddenly storm in to the interview set and attack Roth. There is an almighty clash as Roth launches Oko through the air and against a TV, which smashes in the process, before Vortex tackles Roth and drives him backwards into a stack of production cases.

*We get a shot at ringside as Charles Kramer looks livid at Roth’s revelations. Karl Kramer is back on his feet and he’s stalking Marshall Murdoch. He demands that his uncle throw him the “Royal Ring” and he places it on his hands. Marshall is slow to rise after the beating he has sustained.

*Backstage and we see Roth bench Oko over his head and he launches him at Vortex, knocking them both down. Roth then grabs a steel chair and he smashes it over Vortex’s back time and time again until the big man is slumped at his feet. Oko stumbles back up and he and Roth just stare at one another as we get a reminder of their history in Japan. Oko begins to stagger away as Roth goes after him.

*Ringside and Charles Kramer wants his nephew to go and help Oko instead of targetting Marshall Murdoch. Kramer looks furious but he dives from the ring and makes his way up the ramp. Roth suddenly explodes from behind the curtain with a brogue kick that takes Kramer down.  Roth is all fired up as he rips the coverings off the 6CW announce desk on the stage. Johnny Oko comes running from his hiding place with nunchucks and smashes them into the back of Roth’s knees, cutting him down. Oko checks on Karl Kramer as the bell suddenly sounds and Marshall is declared the winner of the main event via count-out.

*KK looks annoyed as his uncle joins him on the stage. CK looks livid as he stares down at Roth. Roth tries to rise but KK nails him with the “Kiss the ring” punch. Vortex then reappears, wincing from the pain in his back, and all three members of The Empire get Roth to his feet before delivering a triple team version of the “Karnage” spinebuster through the 6CW announce table, leaving Roth wasted.

*Henry Lloyd says Roth should have kept his mouth shut or stayed in Japan because this isn’t a war he can win. The Empire’s strength in numbers is too great. The three members of The Empire congratulate each other as Charles Kramer continues to just stare down at Roth, hatred written all over his face. The commentators talk about how these issues between Roth & The Empire are only going to end in bloodshed.

*We see Marshall Murdoch back on his feet as the referee raises his arm in victory. Marshall is clearly feeling the effects of the attack from The Empire when suddenly a battle worn Clarke James jumps him from behind. CJ wraps a plastic bag over Marshall’s head to suffocate him and drags him to the floor, wrapping him in a bodyscissors so that Marshall cannot fight free. CJ continues to choke all the air out of Murdoch’s body as the commentary team plead with someone to stop this madness. CJ finally rips the bag open as Murdoch desperately tries to suck deep gulps of air in. Clarke seems to be enjoying himself as he waits for Marshall to get up and then drills him with “Faithless”. CJ drops to his knees next to Marshall, cold malice in his eyes, as the commentary team talk up the clash at Genesis and just how far these two men can be allowed to go. The show ends with Clarke James, battered and bruised from last week, smiling as he sits down next to Marshall.
