*The ring is set up for the "Hall of Fame" ceremony as the show goes live on air. The crowd are chanting up into the rafters as it becomes clear we have a very split reception to both Max Adamson & Genesis. We see that a section has been set up in front of the fans where the 6CWF Superstars are sitting, active and inactive members of the roster. Black and green balloons then begin to fall from the the ceiling and confetti envelopes the ring as "Numb" booms through the airwaves. There is a plethora of pyrotechnics to accompany the arrival of Genesis. Eddy Kent is flanked by Michael Sweetwater, Tyler Roth and Rex Adamson. We see Lex Hart sitting in the crowd, watching, as then Udo Berg, Jack Frost and Chris Guerra join the rest of Genesis on the stage. The crowd continue to whistle and applaud as Kent leads the cohort down to ringside and climbs inside. He sneers over at GazzyD (a former Genesis leader) and then casts a look out for Alex Walker but he is nowhere to be seen. The commentators talk about Walker's absence since last week and nobody seems to know where he is.

Kent takes to the lectern in the middle of the ring and we get a "Hey yo" in a Scott Hall tribute which sparks a massive response from the crowd in attendance. Kent wants to welcome everyone to the "Hall of Daddy" which causes plenty of eye rolls from the 6CWF superstars. He points to his custom Adidas trainers now and smirks as he goes on a rant about how Genesis has shaped this business for the last thirteen years and every single person in this building tonight should be thankful because without Genesis there would be no 6CWF. Kent holds up the 6WF World Championship and says this level of dominance is nothing compared to what is coming and that Genesis will finally get the respect it deserves. Respect that it lost because of losers like Lex Hart (Hart looks bored by Kent's comments) and GazzyD. Kent has been on this ride for thirteen years and in that time he had to watch as Alex Walker, Hart, Keith Leone, Dicey Reilly amongst other's screwed up their best laid plans....but now he's in charge, now he's running the show and nobody can stop Daddy. What Daddy wants, Daddy gets (we see Liam Wood feigning throwing up in the front row). Kent tells us that "Night of Daddy" will be the night when Genesis once again makes its mark on the industry and that will happen when he successfully defends his world title and retires Max Adamson in the process. Kent goes on to talk about last week and how Max & Patricks were left decimated at the hands of Genesis and he doesn't even know if there'll be anything left to turn up on May 18th.

Kent stops and stares around at the audience now and it is clear that the time has come for him to break kayfabe a little:

Genesis. Where can one begin with Genesis? It's been quite a ride hasn't it? the poison green colouring, Numb by Linkin Park, Alex Walker, World titles, countless superstars and countless amazing storylines. The faction created by Steve back in the mid 2011 has changed the landscape of our e-fedding community for well over a decade now. Genesis has provided so many in our wonderful community the opportunity to showcase their writing talents with their characters in so many different guises and storylines, launching characters to the stars. The feuds Genesis has been through down the years is extraordinary, I think every character on the roster has in someway shape or form been impacted by Genesis. Genesis is the ultimate heel faction in 6CWF folklore and has remained to this day a faction which so many have enjoyed reading about. Whether it's the untold mayhem, the power struggles, the relationships and of course playing the bad guy. The characters invovled in Genesis such as Lex Hart, Jackson Black, Michael Sweetwater, Udo Berg, GazzyD, Frosted Dice, Tyler Roth, Rex Adamson etc have all had their own impact on Genesis in some way or another. This is the great thing about Genesis it keeps evolving and evolving. The footprints these characters have stamped on Genesis has created unique aspects that very few factions in 6CWF have done. The writers of these characters also deserve huge praise. Paul Mac, I know you're around buddy! but Paul Mac writing as Lex Hart to me will always be a huge inspiration. When Lex Hart was revealed as Genesis leader in 2011 by Steve, I remember the comments on the old 6CW board and the feelings we all felt. it was truly excellent writing and to me Lex Hart is the character one would immediately associate with Genesis. And Steve, what a guy. Genesis is your baby dude! Steve deserves all the credit for creating this now hall of fame faction. What a ride it has been and what I hope will continue for years to come. So congratulations to Genesis, on your well-deserved induction into the 6CWF Hall of Fame. Here’s to the bad guys, the championships, and the incredible journey Steve and Genesis has shared with us all. Thank you for every wild moment, for every writing boundary pushed, and for every E-fedders writing dream you’ve inspired. Steve's creation of Genesis will keep evolving and evolving and I hope we are all ready for what comes next.

Genesis for life baybeeeee!

*There is plenty of applause now as Eddy Kent shows off his "Hall of Fame" ring to the camera but Michael Sweetwater has a "surprise". He hugs Kent and tells him that they've ran together for years, city after city, country after country, and he wants to show his gratitude. Kent seems intrigued as Sweetwater beckons for Tyler Roth and Udo Berg to escort him from the ring and they head backstage. The anticipation is building and then Kent's evil smile beams wide and the crowd boo as the bloodied form of Jackson Black is dragged out into the open. Udo Berg and Roth are easily able to haul Black to ringside and thrust him inside. Sweetwater wants to remind the world that Jackson Black turned his back on Genesis and it disgusts him that even turned up here in recent weeks to ride the coattails of their success. He antagonised Eddy Kent and he wasn't just going to sit by and let that happen. Sweetwater clambers on top of Black now and hammers more vicious punches down into his head, coating his hands in blood. They then drag Black up as Eddy Kent steps forward, beaming, and then blasts his former cohort with a brutal "Genesis" Kick which leaves him sprawled in a heap. Kent then kneels down and he rips the "Hall of Fame" ring from Black's hand and places it on his own, sparking even more boos.

Kent wants the world to know that this is exactly what happens when you challenge Genesis. You stand and you fall.

*The arena is suddenly alive with noise and every single fan is on their feet as Max Adamson arrives. Chris Patricks is soon to follow but they are not alone. Genesis are preparing themselves for battle when Xanthi Rose, Marlon, Jackson Jackson, Frank Horrigan and Duke Dylan Debadguy storm proceedings. It is out and out bedlam at ringside as both factions are brawling all around. Chairs and tables are flying as we see Marlon charge Tyler Roth over the announce desks onto the arena floor. Xanthi Rose bench presses Michael Sweetwater and walks him to the ringside barrier before launching him into the audience. Triple D is brawling with Chris Guerra as both members of the TA deliver a "Shatter Machine" on Udo Berg which crushes him through the "Spanish" announce table. Rex Adamson storms forward to get in front of Kent and Max when Chris Patricks superkicks him in the jaw and sends him rolling from the ring. Kent doesn't know where to turn now. He is throwing his hands up in a mercy plea when Jackson Black low blows him. The audience are on their feet as Max scoops Kent up on his shoulders now and he drills him with the "Cyclone" as Patricks heads up top and compounds the misery with the "Puzzle Solver".

Max breathes in the audience's reaction and he nods his head before pointing up at the "Night of Glory IX" sign. He and Chris Patricks stare down at the 6WF World Championship belt and then at one another. They both nod their heads before Max rips the second ring from Kent's hand and tosses it back to Jackson Black. Black is bloody and beaten but he nods, respectfully, and then falls from the ring. Max examines his own "Hall of Fame" ring now as the audience chant his name. He bends down and picks up the title belt now with Kent remaining at his feet. Chris Patricks stares at Max and the belt before he takes to the turnbuckle to pose in front of the adoring masses.

The commentators hype an exceptional and explosive start to proceedings as we continue the final stop before Night of Glory IX.

*Huge response from the audience as we see Enforcer up on the big screen. Clarissa is standing by to get a word with the former world champion. Enforcer doubles down on his statements over the last few weeks. Firstly concerning his "partner" here tonight Anthony Grace. Enforcer knows Grace has his fans and not everyone will be happy about what he has said but he's nothing if he's not honest. Enforcer doesn't like Anthony Grace and when two people don't like one another but work together, at some point that needs to be dealt with. Tonight, however, is not that point. Enforcer is here to do a job and that's to pick up a W and continue his forward momentum into Night of Glory IX.

Secondly, Robin Reborn. Reborn is a class athlete, no doubt, but he is also a top class scumbag and Enforcer is looking forward to putting a beating on him in a few weeks. Enforcer tells us that he came back to 6CWF to show that "the fire still burns" and that he can "hang tough with the best of this new era". He believes that begins by putting Reborn in his place on the grandest stage. Clarissa asks "And what comes after Night of Glory?" and that is when Anthony Grace enters the scene. The two men stare at one another and Grace says "Just came to make sure you're ready". Enforcer merely looks at Grace before walking away. Grace is once again forced to strain a smile in Clarissa's presence.

*Jerome Dubois is putting on one of his most splendid gowns as he prepares for his upcoming match. The commentators are talking about how Dubois' match against Cobra has been moved forward from "Night of Glory" to tonight but will Cobra even be cleared to compete after the heinous assault he suffered at the Frenchman's hands last week?

Jack Reynolds enters the room and he wants to grab a quick word with Dubois. Dubois says this feud started with Cobra way back in 2009 and here tonight, fifteen years later, it will end in violent fashion. Dubois laughs off Cobra's threat and says "If he was zat good, why has he never won our title?". Dubois says Cobra is a myth, an enigma, and tonight he will disprove any and every theory ever created.

Reynolds pushes on the "list" that Dubois displayed last week and wants to know what other names are on there. Dubois tells Reynolds that time will reveal all and that "nobody is safe". Dubois says the goal has always been to restore honour to the brand of "6CW" and he will do whatever it takes to ensure that happens.

6CWF Presents Proving Grounds Results - 27th April 2024 (Episode 31) Empty Re: 6CWF Presents Proving Grounds Results - 27th April 2024 (Episode 31)

Bout 1
Cobra vs Jerome Dubois

*The crowd are making a ton of noise as we head back to ringside for the first of our three bouts this evening. The commentary team are talking about how this match has been moved forward from what was scheduled at Night of Glory. JT then reminds us that we have had no confirmation as to whether Cobra is even cleared to compete here tonight following the heinous assault that befell him last week at the hands of Jerome Dubois.

*Dubois makes his grand entrance as red, blue and silver pyros explode behind him. He shows off his magnificent red robe as he struts to ringside and he laughs as the big screen documents what he did to Cobra on the last show. The commentary team remind us of Dubois’ words from the last show in which he made it clear that Cobra is just the first of many targets on a “list” that he has created. The list seems to centre around “6CW” and superstars who Dubois feels have besmirched it’s good name over the years. Dubois wipes his feet on the ring apron and then clambers through the ropes as the audience shower him in abuse.

*Cobra’s music hits the airwaves but he does not appear. The crowd look concerned and Dubois is smiling until the revving noise of a motorbike engine can be heard and Cobra storms out onto the stage, drawing a huge reaction from the fans. Cobra climbs off the bike and removes his t-shirt before making his way toward ringside. He pauses for a moment in the aisleway and stares at Dubois with unadulterated hatred before he sprints the rest of the way and dives under the bottom rope.

*Dubois is quickly upon his foe with stomps to the back and neck before trying to drag him up but Cobra shoves him away into the ropes and lands a huge high knee to the face as Dubois comes back. Dubois staggers up and misses wildly with a right hand before he eats a gut busting roundhouse kick. Cobra follows up with several more kicks to the legs and body before he seizes Dubois’ head and smashes a knee between his eyes, dropping him in a heap. Cobra then lands a standing moonsault but only gets a two.

*Cobra beckons Dubois up and looks for a roaring elbow but Dubois ducks and lands a kick to the stomach. He attempts the “Culture Shock” (dominator) but Cobra slides off the back and then lands a backheel kick to the solar plexus. He lifts Dubois into a suplex and bounces him off the top rope before twisting him into a corkscrew neckbreaker. Cobra drags Dubois away from the ropes and heads for the corner. He signals that he wants the “No Known Cure” (Double rotation moonsault) but Dubois is able to roll away in time and sends his opponent crashing into the canvass. Dubois runs the ropes and returns with a brutal spear. He believes he has the three but the screams out in anguish when Cobra manages to kick out.

*Dubois clubs at the back of Cobra’s neck (targeting the same area he damaged last week) and tries to flip him up into a “Garlic Bomb” but Cobra drops out front and lands a heavy knee to the midsection. Cobra grips Dubois in a Muay Thai clinch and drives several knees up into the face which staggers the Frenchmen back into the ropes. Cobra follows up with a big time shining wizard before lifting Dubois onto the turnbuckle. He clambers up as well before wowing the audience with a giant hurricanrana from on high. Cobra makes the cover but again Dubois is able to kick out.

*Cobra stalks Dubois now and tries to set in place for the “Snakebite” (spinning impailer) but Dubois turns his body and counters with a neckbreaker which really hurts Cobra. Cobra is clutching at his neck as Dubois quickly drags him up and is able to score with the “Garlic” bomb. He hooks the leg but Cobra kicks out again, much to the fans’ delight and Dubois’ disgust. Dubois drops onto his foe and lashes punches into his neck until the referee intervenes and orders Dubois back to the corner. The official kneels with Cobra now to see if he is ok to continue.

*Cobra has no plans on quitting as he pushes himself to his feet and beckons Dubois. The Frenchmen rushes out and they trade right hands now. Cobra blocks a shot and nails three of his own and then a roaring discus elbow which staggers Dubois into the ropes. Dubois stumbles back into a t-bone suplex but it only gets a two count. Cobra ushers Dubois to his feet and he aims the “Viper Strike” (Buzzsaw kick) at his head but Dubs ducks it and rolls Cobra up for two. Back to their feet again and Dubois tries to catch Cobra with the “Au Revoir” but Cobra elbows his way free and then springs onto the ropes before returning with a cutter takedown. He manages to get Dubois up and he nails him with the “Snakebite” impailer as the audience go wild. Cobra just drops onto the cover but isn’t able to prevent Dubois from getting his foot on the bottom rope.

*Cobra looks annoyed with himself as he clambers back onto his feet. The crowd are chanting his name and willing him on. He looks down at Dubois with nothing but dislike etched across his features and then makes his way to the corner. “From enemies to tag team champions to enemies again” says JT…..”One of the oldest and most savage feuds from 6CW Origins” adds RJ….Cobra begins to climb the ropes again in search of the “No Known Cure” but Dubois is able to leap at the ropes. The impact takes Cobra’s footing and he topples from the turnbuckle and his neck clatters the ropes as he drops to the canvass. The audience look worried and the referee attempts to check on the Mexican superstar but Dubois shoves him aside with glee. He pulls Cobra into the centre of the ring and obliterates him with the “Culture Shock” (dominator powerbomb” before ragging him up again and adding an exclamation point with the “Fortune” (Go Flasher ala Alex Hammerstone). Dubois places a mocking foot on the chest of Cobra as the referee makes the count and it is an inevitable three count.

*The referee immediately throws up an “X” and we need medical assistance for Cobra because he is not in a good way. The commentators commend his bravery but they aren’t sure he should have even been here tonight after what happened to him last week. JT acknowledges that Cobra wanted to end this feud with Jerome Dubois but unfortunately pride came before the fall in this one. Dubois is on the turnbuckle, celebrating, as the ringside doctor is first on the scene as the EMTs begin to pour down to the ring.

*JT is concerned at what is in store for the rest of the names on Dubois’ “list” if this is what has happened to Cobra. A stretcher is being prepared but Dubois suddenly shoves the medical staff out of the way and he drags Cobra out onto the apron before piledriving him out onto the stretcher from the apron. Dubois is smiling and the crowd are booing viciously as security arrive now to escort him from ringside. Dubois looks maniacally gleeful as he is pressed back onto the stage whilst Cobra is slowly lifted onto the stretcher now and has a neckbrace fitted. The audience look very concerned for his welfare. RJ wonders what else we are going to see here tonight on the final stop before Night of Glory IX because already “things have exploded here"

6CWF Presents Proving Grounds Results - 27th April 2024 (Episode 31) Empty Re: 6CWF Presents Proving Grounds Results - 27th April 2024 (Episode 31)

Post by JJJohnson Sat 27 Apr 2024, 10:21 am

*Geoff Steel is just getting himself ready for the upcoming tag match when a shadow passes over him. He already knows who it is but still smirks when he lifts his head. Marty Helms is glaring at Steel and tells him he just came to deliver a message which is to "leave it to me". Steel stands tall now and he shows no intimidation. He knows Helms is tough, one of the baddest around, but he is sorely mistaken if he thinks that makes one iota of a difference to how Steel is going to play this out.

Because just in case Helms forgot, Steel isn't afraid of a fight either. Tonight they team together, sure, but they both know that at "Night of Glory" they have thirty minutes to beat the living hell out of another and Steel wants Helms to know that he is more than looking forward to it. Because Steel went to war with Cerberus long before Helms thought it was cool, and Steel put 6CW on his shoulders and ran with it during an era that housed the greats like Dicey, Leone & Genesis so if Marty Helms really believes he is on a different level to that then Steel cannot wait to see him prove it.

The two warriors keep their eyes locked on one another and then Helms smirks to end the scene.

*Uryu Ishida is banged up from his "Xtreme" battle last week but he is here to do some final promotional work for "Night of Glory". Uryu is fielding questions from the media and one is about how his body is coping with all the wear and tear of the last few months. Uryu admits he is banged up (which wrestler isn't) but he is just getting back into a groove that he felt was lost when he relinquished the world title. Uryu knows that some believe him crazy to pursue "Xtreme" at this stage of his career but he wants to prove he is not afraid of a fight and he is not afraid to bleed for success.

Ishida points to his feuds with Engel Harlequin, Cassius Zhi and Max Adamson as proof that he can more than fight in the trenches if he has to. He has endured steel cage matches and inferno matches with Edward Plague in recent months and lived to tell the tale so thirty minutes in a "Time Attack" match at Night of Glory is going to be nothing new. Uryu has real belief he will leave as the new champion.

That leads to another question about him helping Gazzy last week to get to Christy before the birth of their daughter. Uryu says it was an easy decision because Christy is his friend and he knows she would want Gazzy there. He congratulates them on the birth of Willow. Uryu says he wants no thanks and he doesn't expect it, he just wants Gazzy to "see the light" and remove himself from Edward Plague's clutches before it is too late. When asked if he would assist Gazzy should a war with Plague come to fruition he merely says "I have a habit of being involved, even when I try not to be".

*O’Callaghan is in the building and he's giving it the full crescendo as the sell-out crowd can be heard singing his theme music. OC is talking with Tim Allen and he smirks as it is brought up he still has no match for "Night of Glory" despite being 3-0 since his return to 6CWF.

O'Callaghan says he has met with 6CWF officials and they looked at the "Night of Glory" card to see where his greatness could land. He had to think long and hard about the options available considering he is the greatest technical wrestler in the world today. But OC says just outwrestling someone at "Night of Glory" would be "too easy" and he isn't about to sit inside his comfort zone on the grandest stage. OC says he's never dabbled before but given his skillset he believes that announcing his entrance into the "Xtreme Time Attack" match is the best option. The crowd certainly seem to agree with this assessment. O'Callaghan apologies to everyone else involved in the contest because their chances just disappeared but he came back to reign supreme as a champion in this company and now he has the opportunity. First step "Xtreme" and by the end of 2024 he believes he will have the world title has alluded him.

*A pent-up Jerome Dubois walks back into Gorilla position following his heinous assault on Cobra. Dubois is proclaiming himself "Ze greatest" and that no performance here tonight or at Night of Glory will match what he has just done. Dubois wants to know "Who iz next"...."Huh, who iz next to step to the Phenomene?". A road agent approaches Dubois and they have a message to deliver to the Frenchmen. It seems Dubois is competing at Night of Glory after all but his opponent will not be announced until on the night. Dubois looks angered as he shoves the agent over and struts out of the camera shot.

*It is riotous as we switch scenes now and it appears that the Genesis/Project X brawl has continued into the backstage area following the "Hall of Fame" ceremony. We see Rex Adamson pick Chris Patricks up off the floor and slam him onto the concrete as Xanthi Rose runs in and shoves Rex backward. She wants to know what Rex is thinking. She is almost pleading with him to see sense. Rex is glaring at Xanthi and then Michael Sweetwater slams into her from the side. Xanthi staggers and falls, smashing her head off the side of the Genesis Xpress bus. She is clearly unconscious on the floor. Sweetwater is grinning but Rex shoves him over now and looks angered as he drops to his knee next to Xanthi.

Max rushes in now and he shoves Rex away, sending him sprawling across the floor, as he kneels next to his friend and yells for medical attention. Eddy Kent walks into shot, the 6WF belt over his shoulder, and he stands over Rex and glares at Max and Xanthi. Kent is clearly weighing up his options as Rex gets to his feet and makes sure to position his body in front of Kent until the EMTs arrive on the scene. Patricks is back up and he superkicks Michael Sweetwater as he gets up before joining Max at Xanthi's side. Rex watches them leave as Eddy Kent stares from Rex to Max and back again.

6CWF Presents Proving Grounds Results - 27th April 2024 (Episode 31) Empty Re: 6CWF Presents Proving Grounds Results - 27th April 2024 (Episode 31)

Post by JJJohnson Sat 27 Apr 2024, 10:23 am

Bout 2
Anthony Grace/Enforcer vs Geoff Steel/Marty Helms

*Back out at ringside and the combatants for the upcoming tag team match are making their entrances. Anthony Grace is just climbing through the ropes as “Saturday Night” breaks the airwaves to a huge response. JT believes there is some “game management “ here at play from VIP Promotions to team Grace & Enforcer together knowing full well that they dislike one another, making reference to their clash again last week. RJ says the same could be said about their opposition, who also shared a confrontation last week, and that this tag match has clearly been set up to stoke the fires of animosity.

*Enforcer doesn’t shake hands with Grace nor does he acknowledge him, instead climbing onto the ropes to pose for the crowd. Geoff Steel then enters the fray to a hero’s reception and we get talk about the “Xtreme” Championship match at Night of Glory. 3 of the 4 participants in this match will compete for the newly restored belt and that is likely to play a factor in what we see this evening. Steel nods in respect to his opponents before turning his attention to his cheering fans. Marty Helms is the final entrant and the former world champion looks all business as he strides to the ring and climbs in. He fixes his gaze on all three men in the ring as JT talks about how Helms’ return is a “monumental game changer”. Helms eyeballs Geoff Steel now and the two “partners” don’t back down an inch.

*”Four former world champions in a top tier tag team encounter” is how JT dubs this bout before the bell sounds. Helms and Steel just stare at one another until Steel just shakes his head and climbs out on the apron. Grace turns to see what Enforcer wants to do but Big E is already clambering out to leave AG to it. Grace swivels now to face Marty Helms as we are reminded that Grace was assaulted by Helms upon his return to 6CWF so there is bound to be some serious needle to what we are about to witness. Helms and Grace lockup and then Helms pulls free and headbutts Grace in the face. He whips him off the ropes and lowers his head for a backdrop but Grace hurdles over him and runs the opposite ropes before returning with a bulldog takedown. Helms staggers up in the corner and Grace charges into him and explodes with a splash. He clambers up and starts driving punches down into Helms’ head but Helms ploughs his head forward and lands it in a very borderline place on Grace’s navel. Grace is left slumped on the turnbuckle as Helms climbs up with him. Helms lifts Grace on his shoulders and then falls backward with an avalanche Samoan drop. He covers but Grace just manages to kick out.

*Helms rises and stomps down repeatedly on the chest of Grace until the referee issues a warning. He picks Grace’s head off the mat and lands hard right hands before bouncing back against the ropes and returns with a hard kick to the mouth. Helms turns to Geoff Steel and points down at Grace as if to say “Look what I am capable of” but Steel merely shrugs his shoulders. Helms rags Grace up by the head and tries to flip him up for the “Infinity Edge” (lungblower) but Grace drops out the front and scores with a big time European uppercut. Helms is staggered back into the ropes but then returns with a high speed crossbody tackle which wipes Grace out at the waist. He snarls as he drags Grace to his feet and suplexes him into a sit-down powerbomb but Grace is just about able to kick out once more.

*Helms shows his desire to show dominance as he drags Grace up and launches him to the turnbuckle, inviting Enforcer to tag in. Big E does not hesitate and the crowd cheer in anticipation of this heavyweight showdown. The two big men circle and then they move forward for a lockup. They both jockey for position and Helms is able to slip to the side and apply a side headlock. Enforcer backs into the ropes for momentum and shoots Helms across the ring. Helms returns with a big shoulder block but Enforcer keeps his feet. Helms smirks and then looks for a second shoulder block but again Big E stands firm. Helms runs for the ropes for a third time as Enforcer aims a backhand at his head. Helms ducks the blow and then comes back with another attempted crossbody tackle but Enforcer catches him. Huge cheers as Enforcer shows his strength and then launches Helms across the ring with a fall away slam. Helms staggers up on one knee and looks annoyed. Steel reaches over the ropes and tags himself in, only to further anger Helms.

*Steel and Enforcer circle now and they engage in a test of strength. Steel starts to win out but Enforcer moves to the side and crashes a knee into the stomach. He clubs Steel across the back, dropping him to a knee, and then runs the ropes but returns into a huge spinning sidewalk slam from Steel. Steel ushers Enforcer up and counters a right hand into a release full nelson slam. He then drags Steel back to his feet and flips him up into a pumphandle slam which garners a two count. Steel heads to the corner and wants a spear but eats a massive boot to the face as he runs out. Enforcer then heads for the corner but Steel is already up and lands a heavy right to the jaw. Steel clambers up on the ropes and the ring shakes as he delivers a gigantic superplex from on high. Steel drags himself across to make the cover but again Enforcer is equal to it with a kickout on two.

*Steel stalks Enforcer now and then he tries to lift him into a back suplex transitioned into a front facebuster but Enforcer slams his elbow back into Steel’s face to break his grip. Steel staggers as Enforcer ducks in behind him and lifts him into an electric chair before dropping him forwards so that his face collides with the top turnbuckle. Steel is on unsteady legs as he staggers around and is drilled by a giant death valley driver. Enforcer covers again but Steel is able to kick out. Anthony Grace shows his hand for a tag but Enforcer is reluctant. He instead waits for Steel to rise and charges out for the “Facecheck” but ends up charging into a devastating AA spinebuster. Steel lets Enforcer up and then crushes him with an Alabama slam. Steel heads for the corner but Marty Helms slaps his back to get the tag back. Steel and Helms stare one another down for a good moment now until Steel smirks and offers the floor to his “partner”.

*Helms climbs the turnbuckle himself now and he launches himself into a flying headbutt but Enforcer is able to move at the final minute and sends him into the canvass. Enforcer stumbles up now and he shows his own incredible power to score with a falcon arrow on Helms but it is only enough to earn two. Enforcer takes a deep breath now as Grace yells for the tag. Enforcer points at Helms and then asks if the crowd want to see Grace get involved. The audience cheer so Enforcer accepts the tag but he doesn’t look overly happy about it. Anthony Grace stalks Helms now and then nails him a snapmare driver (ala LA Knight) but Helms is just about able to kick out. Grace rolls back onto his feet and he takes position in the corner. He waits for Helms to get up and then whips out for the “Blockbuster (tornado roundhouse kick) but Helms dodges it and snaps off a future shock DDT out of nowhere. Both men are left in a heap on the canvass as their respective partners wait for a tag.

*Helms is as reluctant as ever and he spits at Geoff Steel’s feet before rolling to the opposite corner. Grace is on his knees and starts to try and get up as Helms runs out at him and dives into the “Blade of the ruined King” but Grace moves aside and Helms clatters the turnbuckle and sends Enforcer toppling from the apron. Grace pulls Helms into the centre of the ring and drills him with a variation on the “CrossRhodes” but Helms kicks out once again. Grace looks a little lost as he gets back up and takes his chance. He runs forward for the “Thunderstruck” (Famea55er) but Helms rises into the move and he catches Grace on his shoulders before running to the ropes and he throws Grace at Geoff Steel and sends Steel flying to the arena floor. The commentators cannot believe Helms took out his own “partner”. Did he mean it? Anthony Grace is holding his back, struggling to get back to his knees, as Helms circles the ring and then takes position in the opposite corner. Grace eventually reaches his knees as Helms runs out for the “Bloodthirster” (Punt Kick) but Enforcer catapults back over the ropes with a lariat whilst Helms is mid-run and it spins him inside out. Enforcer grabs Grace and he rags him over to their corner before he climbs out on the apron and forces the tag.

*Helms is stumbling to his feet as Enforcer tees off with right hands and then whips him off the ropes. Big E drops his shoulder and tries to lift Helms on the comeback but Helms drops off the side and then lands a headbutt. Enforcer staggers back around and Helms nails a sit-out chokeslam (ala Damien Priest). Helms heads for the now and he reaches the top before throwing himself airborne for a flying headbutt which smashes down into the chest of Enforcer. The commentators are talking about Helms is looking better than ever upon return and he may be about to be the first man to pin Enforcer since his comeback. Helms circles his foe and waits for him to begin rising before he runs the ropes for the “Blade of the ruined King” but Grace swipes Helms’ legs from the outside. Helms turns over and looks furious but Grace drags him to the outside now and they trade punches until Helms shoves Grace back into the steel steps. Helms rolls back in the ring now and he charges at Enforcer for a clothesline from hell but Enforcer ducks it and he lifts Helms up into a reverse STO (ala Baron Corbin). Enforcer heads for the corner now and he reaches the top before launching himself off into an incredible moonsault, only for Helms to drive his knees up at the very last minute.

*Enforcer rolls to the corner now and looks badly winded as Grace leans over the ropes and makes the tag. Enforcer is hurting but he shoots Grace an annoyed look. Grace doesn’t seen Big E glaring at him as he runs forward and tries to nail the “Thunderstruck” on Helms but misses. Helms rags him up and flips him for the “Infinity Edge” again but Grace rolls down the back into a pinning combo for a two count. They both scramble back up as Enforcer bursts from the corner for the “Facecheck” and ends up wiping out Anthony Grace. Enforcer barely has time to register his mistake as Helms clotheslines him over the top rope and then he runs the ropes and returns with the “Blade of the ruined King” to the back of Anthony Grace’s head for the three count and the W. Helms gets to his feet and is ready to celebrate when Geoff Steel spins him around and lifts him onto his shoulders before drilling him with a huge “Attitude Adjustment”. The crowd are on their feet applauding Steel’s actions as the commentary team talk about how Helms may have “deliberately” thrown Grace at Steel earlier in the match and this was retribution. JT cannot wait to see those issues manifest at Night of Glory because Marty Helms and Geoff Steel involved in an “Xtreme” Time Attack match is “guaranteed money”. Helms is holding his back as he gets back to one knee and he stares out at Geoff Steel, who is standing in the aisleway with a defiant look upon his face.

*Anthony Grace slowly sits up and is holding his head from the double impact. Enforcer is standing on the outside and the two men stare at one another before Big E just walks away and leaves Grace sitting on the mat looking stunned by the turn of events.

6CWF Presents Proving Grounds Results - 27th April 2024 (Episode 31) Empty Re: 6CWF Presents Proving Grounds Results - 27th April 2024 (Episode 31)

Post by JJJohnson Sat 27 Apr 2024, 11:11 am

*Rex Adamson is on his mobile and he is clearly trying to get hold of news in regards to Xanthi Rose's condition. Someone answers and we hear a voice say "Don't call this number again". Rex slumps against the wall and closes his eyes as we hear footsteps approaching. Rex opens his eyes and finds himself face to face with Liam Wood. Wood tells him "No excuses, no family bullsh*t, no Daddy touched me issues.....Night of Glory it is me and you.....you want the the Fight for the Right? Then earn it because right now you are looking at a man who is willing to die for it".

*Robin Reborn is re-watching the Enforcer/Grace loss and smirking before he turns to carry on shooting his advertisement for his new show on Amazon Prime. Reborn is working on a slogan of "Taking out the Trash" (referencing his clash with a former Trash TV'er in Enforcer). The producer is asking for another rendition but Reborn is done taking orders and he says 6CWF should be showcasing his match a damn sight more than they are. He expects superstar treatment and doesn't feel he is getting it. He wants his agent on set now and he has a whole list of demands to run through as we approach "Night of Glory". Reborn wants it known that he's not wrestling another match until his demands are met.

Enforcer walks into shot now and he shakes his head at Reborn. He says Reborn can rest because there'll be no fight here this evening. But if Reborn is too busy with who ringwalks first, who is announced first etc then he may as well not even turn up. Enforcer is only interested in facing the Reborn who beat Joshua at Night of Glory to become world champion....."that version of you, that's the only chance you have of beating someone like me".

*A VT plays to highlight the feud between Scott Harris and Mike Masters. We get clips of the two men capturing the tag team titles despite a fractured relationship back in 2014 and then fast forward to 2024 when Masters returned during the "Gateway to Glory" and attacked Scott Harris. We get a rundown of their repeated clashes over the last few weeks which prompted the announcement for their feud ender at Night of Glory IX.

Masters appears on the screen now and he says "10 years ago I was better than Scott Harris and here and now, after years in the wilderness, I am going to show I can waltz back into this company and still remain levels above this pretender. Needs more Harris? He'll need an army to beat me at Night of Glory.

Scott Harris then appears with his final words; "Ten years ago I never got the opportunity to put this piece of (beep) in his place. But sometimes fate does smile kindly and at Night of Glory IX I have the opportunity to prove once and for all that not only am I on Mike Masters' level, I am lightyears beyond what he is capable of. Beating you will be the beginning of a 2024 to remember for me. You are nothing but a stepping stone to greatness, a footnote in my climb to the mountain top, but I do not hide the fact that this will be the sweetest victory of my entire career.

The scene ends with a split-screen of the two rivals.

*GazzyD is sitting in the changing room holding a picture of baby Willow. He smiles at the photo before the door opens and one of Plague's followers enters.

Gazzy: Where is he?

*The follower looks at the ground

Follower: He isn't here...

Gazzy: So he wants me to fight alone?

Follower: He says, he says it is your punishment....

*Gazzy takes a deep breath and stares at the photo of his daughter once again

Gazzy: Well you tell him from me....

*Gazzy looks up at the follower

Gazzy: Actually don't bother, I'll tell him myself when he shows up....I have a match to get ready for...

*The follower walks to the door but then pauses

Gazzy: Was there something else?

*The lady bows her head

Follower: She's very beautiful, your daughter.....Willow.....just like the tree outside your quarters at the compound.....it seems you and Christy's memories of the place aren't all bad....

*The follower leaves and Gazzy is left in a contemplative mood.

*We are at a 6CWF press conference in Dublin to hype "Night of Glory IX" and the crowd are wild as Dicey Reilly is introduced onto the stage. Dicey is given a hero's welcome in front of his own fans and he says it is an honour to represent them and to compete at "Night of Glory" once again. Dicey has huge memories of this event, he has won world titles and faced the very best in the world at Night of Glory but this one....this one might just be bigger than them all.

Dicey says he came back to 6CWF to prove he could still compete at the top. He settled a three year blood feud with Marty Helms, renewed and won an age old war with Genesis but the man he faces on May 18th is, arguably, his oldest rival of them all. If you had told him in 2009 that he would be facing Daniel Reilly at Night of Glory IX in 2024 he never would have believed you but here they stand. Two Originals. This is as big as it comes for both of these men and in recent weeks it has become apparent, once more, just how much they despise one another.

Dicey says he has three world titles to his name and he hopes to add another before his career is done but becoming the 6CWF European Champion might just be right up there with his career achievements because it means he will wipe the smug look off Daniel Reilly's face once and for all. Dicey hated Keith Leone, loathed Cassius Zhi but Daniel Reilly just gets under his skin in a way he cannot describe. So at Night of Glory IX they will go to war.....and if one of us goes to war....."WE ALL GO TO WAR" roars the crowd as "Zombie" begins to play out of the speakers. The packed crowd is fully immersed in the "ZOMBIE...ZOMBIE" chants now as Dicey works them and gets them hyped.

Daniel Reilly has snuck onto the stage, however, and he blasts Dicey right between the eyes with the European Championship belt. The boos are deafening now but Reilly is far from done. Because he got word the contracts weren't official so he flew out here to make sure he signed on the dotted line. Oliver Keane enters the stage now as Reilly grabs a pen and he begins to stab Dicey repeatedly in the head with it, busting him open. He grabs the contract from Keane and he smears Dicey's blood all over it before he signs his own name in the crimson. Reilly says blood is binding and although he didn't want this match, he's above this match, he is going to enjoy every second of ending Dicey Reilly's career for a second time at Night of Glory.

Reilly turns to the crowd and holds up his belt. He yells "Long live the King" (which sparks huge boos from the Irish crowd) and then laughs as Dicey struggles at his feet, bleeding all over the stage.

6CWF Presents Proving Grounds Results - 27th April 2024 (Episode 31) Empty Re: 6CWF Presents Proving Grounds Results - 27th April 2024 (Episode 31)

Post by JJJohnson Sat 27 Apr 2024, 11:12 am

Main Event
Blue Dragon vs GazzyD

*The arena is alight with anticipation for our main event. GazzyD should be celebrating the fact his daughter has been born but instead he is thrust into the depths of hell with Blue Dragon here tonight. The commentators talk about how Edward Plague is refusing to assist Gazzy tonight in some kind of “punishment” for Gazzy disobeying him last week. Is Gazzy experiencing doubts? Will he actually fight at Plague’s side inside Hell in a Cell at Night of Glory?.

*Gazzy is the first to enter the fray and although the majority of the crowd boo him there are still some cheers from sections of the audience. It seems the 6CWF faithful cannot forget who Gazzy used to be and what he represented, can they play a part in him changing his ways? JT isn’t convinced because “as much as I know the old Gazzy is in there somewhere, Plague’s hold is just too strong”. They reference the earlier meeting between the two and the veiled threats from Plague in regards to Christy and Gazzy’s daughter. Is Gazzy willing to gamble his family’s safety?

*Blue Dragon strides out on the stage now to a huge ovation. We get a recap on the absolute bloodbath that took place during “Monsters Ball” last time out and how Dragon showed once again why he is such a threat to anyone on this roster. The commentary team talk about how the last two people you’d want to be locked inside “Hell in a Cell” with is Blue Dragon & Logan Kincade and that should their team be victorious at Night of Glory IX then there is no doubt that they will be, once again, next in line to receive a shot at Plague’s 6CW World Championship.

*Gazzy eyes Dragon with wariness as the big man steps up onto the apron and just stares across at his opponent. BD almost has a wry smile on his face as he steps through the ropes and cracks his knuckles. The referee has a final word with both competitors as Dragon continues to smile, violent confidence oozing from every aspect. The bell sounds and the two men circle the ring. Gazzy is trying to keep the distance and he manages to duck under as Dragon lunges forward before he lashes a hard kick into the hip and bounces away. Dragon is unperturbed as he walks forward again and tries to get his hands on the smaller man but Gazzy avoids him once more and then cracks a forearm into the mouth. Dragon inclines his head, almost respectfully, and then marches forward once more. He traps Gazzy up in the corner and presses forward but Gazzy shows amazing agility to spin out on the ropes toward the apron and then back in behind Dragon where he lands a dropkick to the back which slams the bigger man into the turnbuckle. Gazzy circles the ring and races back in for a second dropkick to the chest as Dragon turns around. Gazzy is up again and he looks for a third running dropkick but Dragon catches him and just launches him over the ropes into a heap on the arena floor. BD shakes his head now as he climbs through the ropes to join his foe on the outside, despite the referee’s complaints.

*Dragon grips Gazzy by the waistband of his pants and he runs him forward before just launching him, upside down, against the ringside barrier. BD then begins dismantling the steel steps as the referee jumps from the ring to prevent him. BD just smirks at the official as he lifts the steps up on his shoulders. He walks around ringside and then charges at Gazzy but the former world champion nails a drop toe hold which causes BD to fall and smash his head off the steps as he lands. Dragon remains slumped across the steps as Gazzy climbs up on the ringside barrier and he leaps off with a “coffin drop” like move that squashes BD on top of the steps. Gazzy then grips the arms of Dragon and begins trying to pull him up. They are stood on the steps as Gazzy prepares for “Deep Impact” but Dragon backdrops him at the final second and Gazzy lands hard on the concrete floor. BD takes a few moments to gather himself and then he hauls Gazzy back into the ring.

*BD climbs up on the apron but Gazzy runs to the turnbuckle and springs over with a dropkick (ala Jericho). BD slips on the apron but doesn’t fall to the floor below. Gazzy thinks for a moment and then he runs the ropes and returns with a sunset flip over the ropes into a powerbomb which crashes the back of Dragon’s head off the steel steps upon landing. The referee and the crowd look concerned as Dragon is checked over, a cut on the back of his skull. The commentators walk us through the instant replays but also commend the fact that Gazzy is not shying away from this fight with the “Alpha” of 6CWF. The referee looks as though he wants to call the contest off but Dragon grips him by the shirt and warns him off. Gazzy leaps up on the announce desks and he runs across them before leaping off for a headscissors but Dragon, somehow, catches him. He slings Gazzy back up on his shoulders and then just powerbombs him backward into the ringpost. It is Gazzy now who needs the medics to check him over. JT & RJ cannot even begin to imagine what is going to happen inside “Hell in a Cell” when this is the level of carnage we are seeing in a straight up singles contest.

*Dragon scares the medical staff away as he rags Gazzy up and then he bench presses him over his head and chucks him through the ropes. Dragon slides in now and he waits for Gazzy to rise before grabbing him around the throat. He lifts Gazzy for a chokeslam but Gazzy turns his body in midair and manages to roll through (ala Rey Mysterio) into a pinning combo for two. They scramble back up and Gazzy dodges a right hand before springing onto the turnbuckle. He twists back for a crossbody but Dragon takes a step back in anticipation and then detonates a huge boot in midair. Dragon hauls Gazzy up and he flips him into the air before crushing him with an almighty “Last Ride” style powerbomb. He makes the cover and then smirks as Gazzy is able to get a foot on the bottom rope. BD doesn’t look remotely bothered that Gazzy broke the count, almost happy to continue the beatdown.

*Gazzy clings to the ropes and tries to pull himself up as Dragon smashes hard punches into the kidneys and spine. He pulls Gazzy to the centre and attempts a back suplex driver but Gazzy flips out onto his feet and then he dropkicks BD’s knees out from under him as he turns around. Gazzy quickly leaps out on the apron and then springboards back in with a 450 splash to the back of his kneeling opponent. He makes the cover but Dragon kicks out on two. Gazzy then sets for the “History maker” (inverted twist of fate) but Dragon spins out and then charges Gazzy back into the corner, crushing him against the turnbuckle. Dragon slams home with three shoulder thrusts to the gut and then he lifts Gazzy up onto the turnbuckle. He climbs up with him and prepares for a superplex but Gazzy somehow swivels his body and lands on the middle rope next to Dragon before pulling him to the canvass with an avalanche Russian legsweep. We get a shot of the blood running from the back of Dragon’s head from the earlier crash against the steel steps.

*Gazzy is the first to his feet and he heads for the corner again. This time he wants the “spinal tap” but it is knees up into the spine from Blue Dragon upon landing. They both slowly rise and Dragon gets both hands around Gazzy’s neck and he launches him into the air before catching him on his shoulders before dropping backwards, guillotining Gazzy across the top rope in devastating fashion. Gazzy is struggling to breathe as Dragon runs the ropes and returns with a crushing clothesline which flips Gazzy inside out. BD turns around to make the cover but Gazzy shows his veteran instincts to roll from the ring in time to save himself from the inevitable three count. Dragon rolls out after his opponent and he grabs hold of him before dragging him around to the announce area. Gazzy can barely stand upright as Dragon flips him into position for the “Deathnote” but Gazzy counters at the last second with a hurricanrana which sends Dragon flying forwards and into the ringpost.

*BD is holding his face as he pulls himself up on the apron. Gazzy takes some deep breaths and then runs around before leaping into a “drive by” dropkick (ala Roman Reigns) which cracks BD in the head and sends him through the ropes and back into the ring. Gazzy pulls himself up now and heads high and this time he is successful with the “spinal tap” from on high. He makes the cover but cannot believe it when Dragon forces his shoulder up off the mat in time. Dragon rolls closer to the corner now and Gazzy quickly rushes over and lands with a starship pain (corkscrew split-legged moonsault) from the turnbuckle but again BD kicks out. The crowd are applauding and chanting “This is awesome” as Gazzy cannot believe what is happening. BD is sat in the corner now as Gazzy runs in with a huge low dropkick to the face and then he runs in again and this time uses the top rope to propel himself up and into a slingshot dropkick (ala Jeff Hardy) right to the mouth. Dragon looks dead to the world as Gazzy drags the deadweight away from the ropes but the big man is able to kickout again.

*JT calls this a “Worthy main event to lead us into Night of Glory” and the audience certainly seem to be in agreement. Gazzy is talking to himself now as he waits for Dragon to rise and then delivers a boot to the gut. He grabs his arms for the “Deep Impact” but Dragon swivels free at the final second and then he grabs Gazzy by the neck and lifts him into a devastating chokeslam. Dragon staggers forward and collapses against the ropes (the effects of the match taking its toll) before finally he is able to make his way across and covers, only for Gazzy to now demonstrate his resilience and kick out before the three count can be completed. Dragon sits for a moment and then climbs back to his feet and exits the ring. He grabs a steel chair and heads back in before setting it in the middle of the canvass. The referee tries to question him but BD is in no mood to listen. He hauls Gazzy up and the idea is a “Deathnote” onto the chair but Gazzy swivels out and spins onto his feet before he nails “Downtown” (skull crushing finale) which smashes Dragon’s face into the seat of the chair and breaks it. Gazzy kicks the remains of the chair away and covers but Dragon still will not stay day. Gazzy is holding his head in his hands and then he makes his way back to the broken chair and picks it up. The referee is trying to talk sense into Gazzy but he is adamant he will use the weapon.

*Flames burst from the stage now as Logan Kincade is looking to join the party and get “Night of Glory” started early. Gazzy chucks the chair aside as he runs to the ropes and somersaults over the top to crash into Logan on the outside, drawing some noticeable cheers from the crowd. Gazzy is looking at the two brothers and then he rolls back into the ring and circles Dragon. BD staggers up and Gazzy grabs him for the “History Maker” again but Dragon fights free and pushes Gazzy away. Logan is up on the apron and he grabs Gazzy by the throat. The referee rushes over but then Dragon punches the official and leaves him unconscious. Logan steps through the ropes now and the “Brothers of Destruction” deliver an almighty double chokeslam on Gazzy in the middle of the ring. The commentators wonder if Edward Plague feels inclined to help yet but it seems he isn’t making an appearance.

*Dragon and Logan look at one another and then Kincade backs away and falls through the ropes. He lifts up the ring apron and then Dragon joins him. Between the two of them they drag out a sleek black coffin, which draws a huge reaction from the audience. The commentary team cannot believe it as they manage to haul it upward between them and slide it under the ropes into the ring. It looks like Gazzy may not be heading to Night of Glory after all. Dragon walks over to grab Gazzy as Logan grabs the lid of the casket and hauls it open. Edward Plague sits up out of the casket and spits a jet black liquid into the eyes of Kincade, blinding him immediately. Dragon spins to see what is happening as Plague rises and the two men begin to trade punches. BD rocks Plague backward onto the ropes and whips him across the ring but Plague spins inside and pulls Dragon into a release uranage slam. Gazzy is on his knees now and looks almost frozen to see the revelation of Plague. Logan Kincade is still trying to get his eyesight back as Plague stalks BD. Dragon rises and Plague prepares for the “Purifier” (Omega Driver) but Dragon fights free and then grabs Plague by the throat. He is readying to chokeslam him back into the casket when Logan runs forward for a big boot but he can’t see what he is doing and kicks Dragon right in the head. Gazzy suddenly leaps to his feet and he kicks Logan in the stomach before delivering “Deep Impact”. Plague is staring at Gazzy now and he begins to smile as Gazzy rolls from the ring and he returns with a bag. He opens it and pours thumbtacks inside of the casket as Plague drags Blue Dragon to his feet and he chokeslams him into the casket and on top of the tacks. Plague is laughing as he slams the casket shut and now he and Gazzy are staring at one another again. The crowd are willing Gazzy to break the spell but slowly he starts to drop to his knees in front of Plague, sparking huge boos. It looks as though Gazzy’s loyalty has been restored.

*Hell in a Cell begins to lower from the rafters and there are torches burning from all four sides at the top. The lights in the arena dim and the final scene is of Edward Plague and Gazzy standing tall whilst Kincade is face down on the canvass and Blue Dragon locked inside of the casket.

6CWF Presents Proving Grounds Results - 27th April 2024 (Episode 31) Empty Re: 6CWF Presents Proving Grounds Results - 27th April 2024 (Episode 31)

Post by JJJohnson Sat 27 Apr 2024, 11:22 am

*The scene is at a family gathering at a huge house. There is the sounds of children playing and laughing as food is prepared and placed upon a huge table set up in the garden. We see JJ Johnson, The Saint and Acer with their wives and loved ones. We get clips of them playing, laughing and enjoying themselves before JJ takes a seat at the head of the table later in the afternoon. His friends are on either side of him.

JJ: This ain't no Last Supper (beep) but here we are......family.....together.....this bond, ain't nobody gone break this.....we ride together...

Saint: We die together....

*Acer raises his glass. Brandi Johnson is staring at her husband with tears in her eyes, half scared and half proud to see them all back together, united against their enemies.

JJ: I got you....until the end....

Acer: Same, brother...

Saint: A (beeping) men....

*The three friends clink their glasses as they look upward to the black clouds swirling over their heads

JJ: I guess there's a storm coming...

Acer: Like you wouldn't believe...

*Saint looks at Acer and then downs his drink and nods his head. The scene then changes and we see Perfect Jack and Lex Hart in ferocious training. They are battling one another and neither man is giving an inch. The former rivals turned teammates are beating the holy hell out of each other in preparation for what is coming. They are inside a gym somewhere and Clarke James is watching them from the outside. He then turns away and places on the "Scarecrow" mask as he approaches the fire escape and pushes the door open.

CJ steps into the area behind the building and there are swarms of black cloaked "Fallen" members with their hoods up. They all stand to attention and face front as Clarke James stares at them. The storm has fully reached their location as heavy raindrops begin to fall and lightning cracks the darkened sky. James shows no interest in the weather whatsoever as the thunder rumbles and he continues to stare at the army standing in front of him.
