Referees Empty Referees

Just finished watching last weeks smackdown and noticed that I could hear a lot of what the referees were saying in a few matches.

Are they all mic'd up now for TV purposes or is there under ring mics? Maybe a push towards giving referees face/heel preferences?

Not sure if I enjoyed listening to it really. Seemed to distract from the genius of Booker T... laughing

On Raw you could here Cena calling moves just before he hit them.

During Sin Cara's matches, I heard the ref speaking Spanish...have they drafted a Spanish speaking ref in specifically for Sin Cara?
