Rumours growing that Antonio Conte is close to resigning from Chelsea. Supposedly a big deal is the transfers, which is why he resigned from Juventus. Club refusing to spend the same amount as rivals and so Conte is concerned they will miss out on major targets like Lukaku. He also wants better communication with Abramovich and more power over appointing his coaches and the running of the academy. 

Get the impression that Conte really needs a club which will give him Ferguson or Wenger status before he'll be actually happy.

The culture at Chelsea is rotten and has been for a long time. It's a club where players think they're king and it results in ludicrous send offs like John Terry orchestrated for himself.

Supposedly Abramovitch turned up himself and made it clear to the players hes behind Conte when they were struggling early doors. Might not mean much but hey.

I'd trade a rotten culture for Chelseas recent success mind.
