Yes, I imagine most footballers are some thought of drug, prescribed by the club doctors. My point was, that although Sakho was wrong suspended by UEFA because the drugs were not on the banned substances list, he still took drugs he shouldn't have because the club doctors never prescribed nor allowed him to take them.

It's also important to note, the drugs he took were fat reducing drugs because he had problems remaining fit, most likely due to his unprofessional attitude which he has shown throughout his career.

You don't have to, but it's a pretty good idea to. Hence why the club and Klopp were so annoyed with him. His unprofessional behaviour on the trip only exasperated the issue. Sakho's stupidity cost him a game in the late Europa League stages, Euro 2016 in his own country and ultimately his place in Liverpool's squad. No excuses really.

For a start Porto is a bigger job than bottom half PL sides.

Titles in Portugal and a decent run in Europe are far more likely to land you a big job than surviving relegation with Crystal Palace etc.

Managers rarely seem to transition from small to big clubs in England.

The BBC announced the move about 90 minutes ago (14:30 pm).  Silva must have found his own expectations matched the expectations of the owners.  It would be interesting to know exactly what the owners expect for their investments.

As regards Wengers future I think it is going to be entirely Wengers decision. I imagine the board are keen to keep him on.
