Thanks to everyone who has offered to take part. Not sure whether to go solo or with someone else so I will get back to you all!

this is proving harder than I thought! I've had to rearrange the interview 3 times now!

Could you have an interview team who share interviewing responsibility so it isn't all on you trying to find the time Adam - And then now and again when it's not an interview the 'team' can do a round table type review or Q&A ?

The problem was Magnus changing the time not me!

I would be delighted for people to do the show in my absence but when we tried before, they tended to either not happen or get posted a few days after they were recorded making them out of date. 

Happy to try it again though!!

I'm away in Portugal at the moment but when I'm back in September it's definitely something I want to make time for again
