Luther

Having binge-watching Luther before the Christmas period, in order to be up-to-date ready for the final two episodes, I just wondered what you guys all made of the series?

Its obviously all a bit far fetched, but I found it both gripping, and extremely enjoyable. Idris Elba deserves any role coming to him after this series, he played the role of John Luther perfectly, and controversial or not, I think he would make an impressive Bond! Also thought the unsung hero of the show was Ruth Wilson, who played Alice Morgan, adding a sense of humour to the darkness.

Only downside for me was a rather weak ending, which I wont say anymore of incase of spoilers....

Loved Luther, it's a show I can watch time and time again. There's been talking of a movie for a few years now, so hopefully this series was just done to set that up considering what happened at the end of the 3rd.
