Good man! That's us got 9. If we can get one more then I'd be happy enough running it with 10. It's just NYJ that hasn't indicated his intentions yet. I'll PM him and hopefully he'll get back to me.

OK folks, I've set the draft date and time for tomorrow night at 8.30pm... I appreciate it's short notice but I've just been really busy recently. It looked from the thread above like that should suit a chunk of us so hopefully we'll get a decent turnout.

I've removed Barney92 and adams_legend from the league.... thanks for the memories lads and all the best in your future endeavours! It means we're down to 10 teams this year but that should be fine... at least it should mean that the waiver wire should be more fun and that if your team gets hit with the injury bug then you'll stand a better chance this year of finding some serviceable cover!

It also means that we'll need to adjust the divisions... can either go 3-3-4 or 5-5... I'm thinking the latter might be best. Probably also looking at just 4 teams through to the playoffs too although am happy to take advice from you guys on these things.

Last bit of housekeeping... since we've not heard from NYJ yet and not found a replacement, I'm looking at how I might be able to take control of his team as league manager. It's best if someone runs it from a league integrity point of view. Nothing worse than a managerless team kicking around that tanks it most weeks and the pops up with a random monster score in the week it's facing your team!

Let me know your thoughts on all of this.

Right re the issue about what to do with NYJ's team while we wait to see if he's in or out or find someone else to replace him, it seems that post-draft I can take control of his roster if needs be. It means at least that someone is picking the team and keeping the competition honest. Would everyone be ok with that if it comes to it?

can we set the Draft timer to 30 seconds please (45s max).

Did this for the Keeper draft and it was all done in an hour.

Yeah, no probs TM, it defaults to 90 seconds but I reduced that to 45 secs this time around. I felt the 30 seconds we did at the Keeper league draft was a bit too quick. Hopefully 45 secs will be a happy medium.

That was a good effort tonight lads... 7 out of 9 there. Good work!

I so wish I had done some research before our draft... have just discovered that Le'Veon Bell is suspended the first 3 games of the season and that Jamaal Charles likely won't play week1 and will prob be part of a rotation thereafter. On top of that the Bears and Giants offenses have been stinking in preseason it seems which doesn't bode well for my Beckham, Shepard and Langford selections!

Oh well, here's to 2017!

Charles always misses some games but he will be chiefs starter when fit

Well I took a gamble that Carr would have a good week and the Denver D would stifle Newton. Not quite on the second, so I pray I'm right on the first!

Glad I wasn't playing Raiders this week - Anderson, 25.9 pts!

I've had the Denver running backs the last 2 years and it's been a disaster so stayed well clear this year.....typical Anderson does that playing against me in the first week!

Not happy at all with my team, guess that's what happens when you turn up late for the draft after having a few pints.

Up against a team this week that's so strong AJ Green is on the bench, so I'm pretty much f****d.

Just looking at your league... Love the way you have got the Raiders, Patriots, Colts and Jets logos in the NFC and the Vikings, Redskins, Packers logos in the AFC.

Went WR heavy at the draft and ended up with too many for my own good. Lucky for me everyone else was avoiding Luck like the plague this year.
