Hard to beat that one, Novotna serving for the match against Steffi Graf, and again against Tauziat, in Wimbledon finals, would be the worst I can think of.

Not important in the greater scheme of things, but in the 2nd round, the guy Rafa faced went from 40-0 up and proceeded to serve four double faults en route to getting broken

The worst game I have seen is the TB in Rome 2006 between the two GOATs.
The second worst is Federer v Safin at AO 2005.
I do not know if the missed drop shot at RG2011 deserves any credit.

Kournikova vs Saeki AO 1999. It was utter gash!

Worst game I ever saw was at Wimbledon. The male player served 3 double faults in a row. For the fourth point of the game his first serve went out. On the second serve, he got a foot fault call.
Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the player, or what year it was.
