Wow that was poor from Ellie Golding. So hot though!

Sam has a good voice, and should win, but she is a definite one trick pony.

Don't think it's as weak as the year Leon Jackson won it (against weirdo Rhydian, and annoying/endearing brother and sister act Same Difference IIRC). He couldn't even sing, to be honest all 3 finalists have better voices (and no less personality) than him.

Not surprised by either the bottom 2 or that Rough Copy lost on deadlock.

As predicted, Nicholas seems to be harnessing the Scottish vote, I like the guy, but his first performance yesterday was a mess (in fairness for the first time) as he tried again to be a bit less boring, whilst in his second he reverted to type, sung fine, but was dull.

Rough Copy's vocals were still all over the place. They seem fun enough, and of course you don't need to be able to sing to record well (the things they do with technology) so they may have a career ahead of them.

Luke gave a couple of pretty good performances I thought, but his "new twist" on each song (which essentially consists of putting all the same notes in one range, and playing the guitar, whilst possibly slowing it down a bit) is just a bit predictable. Still, he has a good enough voice in an indie rock type way, but it's a crowded market out there.

Sam's first performance was pitchy, and her second one a bit karaoke. I still think she'll win (although I have this terrible vision of Nicholas beating her) and she deserves to, but in previous years similar contestants have lost in the final 5ish stage.

Tbh they're all a bit unlikable. Even Sam Bailey seems to be developing an ego.

only about the 2nd or 3rd time watching x factor this and year and wow, the standard is really falling year on year. If these 3 are the finalists how crap were the other contestants??

i think what really annoys me about x factor is just the sheer noise smashing my ear drums to pieces. The screaming, the shouting just, good god!!!

Nicole is unbelievably hot, what she's wearing tonight just wow, but she is the most annoying person on tv. For all her good looks, you can see why hamilton got out in the end. She'd send you barmy!

absolutely appalling song by 1D. So flat and just sounded all wrong. Stick to what you know guys, rock is not your thing.

They seem pretty awful across the board! The guy who sang Bleeding love was appaling!
