Is Simon Cowell playing some sort of experimental joke with The X Factor?

Not only has he replaced himself, the star of the show, with someone with all the charisma of a mocasin in Gary Barlow. An excellent musician, but dull as dishwater. But now he has replaced the lovely Danii Minogue with Tulisa from N-Dubz!!! (Who to be fair is still a looker, and like Barlow, is by far the most intelligent person in her band)

So who will replace Cheryl?
And does this make Louis the leader now?
