It's a tough call to make IMO. A lot of them are usually 50/50 calls. I didn't think this one was dangerous.

Actually. Seeing it again it does look like tips uses his left hand to lift Kennedy then looks to fall back to drive him into the ground.

I think these new rules really are putting too much emphasis on the TMO and slowing everything down. The last two visits to the TMO were untterly pointless and time wasting. Might as well make the ref redundant at this rate!
