Didn't look like a penalty, he stood his ground. There was a late tackle on Robinson in the first half that was let go... Biased criminal ref.

Once he's committed, he can't back out. The one on Robinson in the first half looked worse because the Toulon player was still moving. One of a few crap decisions to cost the Blues today IMO.

It was called by Maybank the touch judge first who was on top of the play initially & subsequently agreed by the ref & TMO.

Toulon have been very ordinary today though. Good result for Exteter & Glasgow if they can squeeze a draw/win
