He sounds about as Dutch as Kim Jong-il did!!

He also sounds more Scottish that Billy Connolly!!

Living in Holland and hearing Dutch people speak English alot. I would say that he has a very definate Dutch accent.

To be honest I did notice half his words wherein Scottish and half in Dutch.

What indeed. Apparently Dutch is up there with Polish as the most difficult European languages to learn.
