Re: Who am I?
I captained my Country but never played for the lions.
I have played club rugby in both my home country and in another of the home nations before returning to my home club.
I retired at 34 to get my teeth stuck into my other career .

Okay;
I was one of the unsung heroes of the 2007 World Cup.
My career took me from Bristol to Paris
Since retiring I have been a keen advocate for my country on the international stage.
I have been inducted into the IRB Hall of Fame

Re: Who am I?
I was born 26 years ago in a country not renowned for playing rugby. I played youth rugby in the South of France before starting my professional career in England at Saracens. I now play in the Top 14 and have been capped at full International level five times.

Re: Who am I?
I was an international rugby player from the professional era, a school teacher and an elected politician amongst being a journo/pundit.
On my international debut we ran in over 80 points in a whopping victory and I went on to tour with the Lions and play internationally.
I speak three languages fluently - English, French and German

Re: Who am I?
I studied Agronomy at Cambridge and captained a team at a World Cup. I played for the East in a forerunner of regions which was a complete flop.

I knew I was Rava. Big difference
I don't even know where to start with Glas' one. The reference to the "East" has me confuddled.

Is it Dan Vickerman....? I know he studied a land-based subject at Cambridge, but unsure if he captained at a world cup. The East reference could be to the Super15 teams he played in? Long shot, I know.

Re: Who am I?
Nothing, I wikied the Ox-Cam Varsity match and there was a prominent players list, so I looked through. I figured captained at a World Cup is always a trick question, so it was most likely a Welsh Union-League convert or a 7s player. Could be Simon Amor I suppose, and there's no guarantee that they actual won a Blue at Cambridge

I've googled that East v West match from the mid 90s and it seems the WRU have paid to have all traces of it removed from cyberspace. Very fetching mango and lilac jerseys they wore.

Re: Who am I?
My turn?
(I picked this chap because I remember my dad reminiscing about playing against him -he's likes reminiscing about playing against famous players)
I only played for one professional club. I helped take my country to a RWC victory (despite only winning a handful of caps), and have also been Head Coach of my old Club and Country. I currently coach another country, and I am from the same town as Mark Anthony, currently inhabited by a famous ex-international cricketer from my country
I was a teacher
