What would your Desert Island Discs be ?

Think most people have heard of Desert Island Discs were famous people pick the 8 songs they take onto a desert island with them ( always wondered how they would play them ) , anyway what would the 8 songs you would take with you be ?

Shall we do this like Desert Island Discs? What that show usually does is:

8 original gramophone records - one of which must be chosen above all others. They can be singles or complete albums.

1 book- you're automatically given a philosophical/religious book of your choice plus the Complete Works of Shakespeare.

1 luxury item - must be an inanimate object, of no use on the island and provide no means of communication to elsewhere.

Luxury item - a piano. Could learn to play it then - always wanted to do that

Religious Item - Not particually religious but interested in an observer type way so would go for the Old Testament, from a story point of view it's very interesting.

Luxury Item - probably my glasses otherwise the books are going to be pretty hard work. If by some fluke my eyesight becomes 20/20 then a wind up hand watch showing the time & date (I hate not knowing what time it is).
