Wales Hooker for the World Cup

With Matthew Rees out, Richard Hibbard looking like he is also out we have lost our 2 best hooker from the 6Ns.

So, who should go?

Bennett (who'd have thoguth)
Owens (My fav but not Gatlands)
Hibbard (if he's ok after 2 games)

Bennett has to start. We've been weak at hooker, but without Rees and Hibbard, it's stevie wonder Bennett who should get the nod.

Even as a dragons fan and a big supporter of burns, you'd have to say that if he is going to make it as a test player, he needs a few more games.

Bennett is an out an out impact player, fine coming off the bench, but he has never been good as a starter played. One good game in Twickenham doesnt really make up for an entire career of being average.
Though sadly Bennett is our only real choice. Hibbard's performance was awful against Argentina, and considering he was working with 3 other members of the Ospreys club unit, that is terrible.

From your options Mefin Davies isn't relevant, he looks very old and slow now.
