2, 4 and 5 correct. 3 partially.

How are we doing on 3? Denis Avril sounds reasonably French (especially considering it's spelt with only one n...), but O'Neill might not be Irish. Australian maybe?

On 7, I have a feeling NZ beat Italy by 98 points in the 99 World Cup (for some reason I remember both them and England scoring 101 points in their final group stage match, England against Tonga), but though Wales were the main hosts other countries hosted games. Given they were in England's group, I'd go with England.

Assuming we've got 1 covered (must be England for most caps, no?), that leaves 6 (and 3 to finish off).
