Morning. Been very busy with work, I sent my wife an ebay link for a Bowser t-shirt that says "Like a boss", said I want it for Christmas from the kids

Nice, I haven't been on ebay in awhile

My wife is always buying trinkets and things from ebay - It's my paypal account as well so I just get the bill

Yeah my wife does the same but on Adverts, which is an Irish buy and sell site

I'm looking into Restaurant deals on Wowcher for me and the Mrs. £49 for a 3 course meal for 2 and a cocktail each at Marco Pierre White's restaurant in Fulham looks pretty decent. Or £35 for a 3 course meal for 2 and a beer or wine each at Planet Hollywood.

I'd go with MPW's restaurant - I've eaten in his in Liverpool which is in the Indigo hotel - It was really nice and great value for money

Just put both suggestions to my wife and she prefers Planet Hollywood

I've got a table at The Botanist in Newcastle on Saturday. It's had really good reviews so taking the wife for her birthday

Yeah Kelly and I would Planet Hollywood (or TGI's) rather than fancy nosh.

That said she does have a thing about taking afternoon tea in London. I don't like scones or those silly little sandwiches. Yuck!

I'm not a big fan of burgers and ribs and the usual PH or TGI's fare so wouldn't choose one of those restaurants myself - We did go to a harvester last night for my daughters birthday tea but that was mainly because of the soft play they have rather than the menu

I used to take my ex to fancy tea places around Hereford but I hate tea so I'd always get a milkshake or something like that and one time the owner said "it's normally the women who order this sir". Really made me want to pay for the overpriced PG tips we were probably getting haha.

If I'm taking a girl on a date in Shrewsbury there's this really nice crepe place that seems to impress. I normally take the girl I'm currently seeing to a wetherspoon type place as it's nice and simple...that or we order pizza, Netflix and chill haha.

TGI's do the best Franks Red Hot Chicken wings, Domino's Pizza do the same but not as good. I mean face melting but so good.

It's 50% Dominoes this week in Shrewsbury, the thing that proves that I'm greedy is that I don't see that as half price...I see it as buy one get one free.

Everyone does BOGOF pizza on a Tuesday now, so we did Papa Johns this week. Pizza is okay but the sides are much better than other pizza establishments.

Two large stuffed crust pizzas, Bacon Cheese Garlic Bread, Chicken Bites, plus the giant sharing cookie for £32

Not bad Paul, it was quite which was nice, how was yours?

Really good thanks - Long weekend as I was off on Friday. Mixture of family time and grown up time and a lovely joint of pork yesterday to round off a relaxed Sunday

Back at work now and a few days in London ahead of me which sucks, counting down the days to half term so I can have a week off

Sounds nice, we brought the 2 youngest out to the beach and stopped off in a little town not to far from us and got the best fish and chips I've had in a looong time, thats the upside of living near fishing towns

Yeah I think Fish and Chips tastes so much better on a cold day than a hot summers day - Too many years living near the north sea I think
