I hate monthly KPI's - In my job mine are even more ridiculous as a lot of what I do isn't exactly tangible - Its all hearts and minds stuff

Trying to keep them motivated? For me it is all facts and figures.....which then no-one pays attention to. That will change in my new job thank God.

Done any Veng Diagrams? I can see half the roster being in one, and the other half being in the other. Then where they join the word "Marky" is there.

We tried to do a 6CW Venn diagram but thought it would be easier to draw one circle with Marky's name in the middle

Really, really enjoyed it Gazzy...I felt like you got across the feeling of someone who felt they had been pushed to join a group like the Forgotten...Jimmy felt like a natural heel in that promo and you got across just how bitter he is about this company which makes it feel like he really does want to bring it to it's knees.
