Another poor fight for Adonis

WBC Light Heavyweight champion has announced his next fight is to be on September 11th against Tommy Karpency.

Another poor fight for Stevenson, i wonder when he is going to take on an actual tough fight again.

He is a joke.

The only champion I aint too fussed about watching.....until he fight Krusher....and gets krushed.

He's not that young either so needs to get a move on.

I don't see him taking on anyone difficult until he is really over the hill and cashes out

This is the problem with Haymon fighters. They are paid ridiculously well for mediocre assignments - meaning they no longer need to fight often or even challenge themselves. Jimmy Tobin put it brilliantly this week:

Whilst I wouldn't argue with the sentiment, the argument isn't best served by the fact that Mohammedi is from the same tier of opponent as karpency.

This fight is a waste of time. Karpency has never been the same since the one sided beating Cleverly gave him

Adonis needs to stop ducking Kovalev and prove that he is a real Canadian champion, not some over rated bum like Bute who could be beaten by any average fighter
