This evening, i was joined by Cardiff City Under 21 Manager and one of the fastest rising coaches in the game Kevin Nicholson.

Kevin discusses his successful campaign this season with the Cardiff youngsters and his future plans with the bluebirds.

Kevin tells us about achieving FA Elite Coach status in his 20's, the joy of bring through youngsters like Will Hughes and who are biggest influences on his career.

We also discuss the FA's role in developing grassroots and how the England under 21's will get on this summer.
