Tiffany Offili-Porter erases Angie Thorp's long-standing UK record

Tiffany Offili-Porter has finally erased Angie Thorp's long-standing UK-record in the sprint hurdles as she powered to a new mark of 12.77 secs (1.0m/sec) for fifth despite a poor start (reaction 0.232) at the FBK Games in Hengelo (Holland). That is not a PB for her, though, since she's got a 12.73 secs since 2008 as an American.

A rejuvenated Daniell Carruthers was the winner in an equal SB of 12.64 secs followed by Kellie Wells a mere hundredth behind in second and Olympic champion Dawn Harper in third in 12.71, while Lolo Jones got fourth in a tight finish race.
