Hi Olly - yes, I watched it. Mrs Bat is a sucker for anything like this and would beat Usain Bolt in a dash for the remote control. Although it meant missing the delectable Sheridan Smith on BBC 1, I enjoyed the programme. Quite moving in places but also pleasing to see enthusiasm rewarded towards the end.

Playing up to the Guildford stereotype, I do though prefer Educating Yorkshire. You can't beat those Yorkie accents!

Yes its good to see just how resilient young kids are, I know from my own recent school experiences kids tend to just get on with it. Felt for the girl who didn't get into the drama thing and her friend did that's just the worst!

Glad for the teacher too, I personally always preferred lessons that were interactive and fun, you learn more
