Surely the least controversial rugby knighthood ever was formally bestowed yesterday.

Hard to argue, isn't it?

4 commonwealth gold medals (that's all of them)

10 series titles

87 matches for his province

His peerless eye for talent is his great strength. Unearthing Jonah Lomu, Christian Cullen, Rico Gear, Mils Muliaina, Joe Rokocoko and recently Frank Halai who became super rugby's top try scorer in his first year.

Amazing stuff, just amazing.
