Vegas Gameplan Empty Vegas Gameplan

Post by KingMonkey Fri 13 Sep 2013, 3:51 pm

Tomorrow night I'll be in bed for 9pm. Alarm set for 0145. Downstairs with the kettle boiling by 2am. Might as well have a pipe and slippers on the go. Back to bed as soon as its all done, a couple more hours then up to play football.

What's everyone else's plans? Long gone are my days of staying up right through the night drinking (post Englnad vs Scotland at Hamden Park) for a Lennox Fight. A pub local to me is selling tickets to this, God only knows what it'll be like in there.

Going out so probably having to stay up, too old for this. What time are we expecting the main event? Might have to watch the undercard in the morning.

Plan for me:

Watch the weigh in tonight online, followed by a decent sleep and lay in until around 10:00 tomorrow. Ill get up excited and will be dragged shopping with the missus to buy some tropical fish and also some clothes for our impending holiday in 2 weeks. Then we are off to the Stoke vs Man City game where i will be giving it large with some Tom Jones songs. Home for around 1800 ish....shower....comfy clothing....PIZZA ORDER (16INCH).

Missus will shop some more online whilst i watch Tele and read this site about the upcoming fights.

00:01 the missus will creep to bed at which point ill be twiddling my thumbs watching Tele Wee weeing around on laptop.

02:59 coffee poured extra strong, score cards out, laptop to tv via HDMI connected, phone set up for the "Fight Threat (Spoiler Alert)".

03:00-06:00 fight time. 06:25 ish back in bed until 10:00.

Up, mother in laws, roast dinner. Home, wash and dry my uniform for another week of work.

Boom.

Don't mention Warren super, makes our objections sound personal, which of course they are not, we are like UKIP denying our inherent racism.

I'm going to battle through without sleep, up at about 7.30 when my daughter comes to wake me up saying she wants to watch cartoons. Watch the football during the day as the weathers going to be dreadful here, catch the channel 5 card, Jazza Dickens hopefully giving Galahad a boxing lesson, the hit the playstation with several cups of coffee until 2am.

The only good wedding I ever went to was my own and there were consequences to that too.

This fight is not worth me doing an all nighter for. No sleep messes me up too much these days. I'll pick it up somewhere on Sunday morning.

Finish work at midnight. Home for a few beers and a curry. Stay up (hopefully without dozing off) until the fight finishes around 6.30. Couple of hours sleep and then doing a charity 10k at 10am. Bad planning with the run and it means my pint intake during the fight will have to be kept in check.

Go to bed at 10pm... get up at around 2:30am, walk round to my mates house. Couple of vodka-red bulls or an Irish coffee. Hopefully there'll be a couple of pizzas in the oven. A couple of nice beers (Sierra Nevada if the offy have any in) to drink during the fight. Watch the other guys all fall asleep on the sofa, cos they will have been drinking and playing playstation all night. After the fight's over, throw water over the snoring slobs and run out the door. Get into bed, get moaned at for smelling of beer and farting. Sleep until 9 or 10. Breakfast, coffee, go for a run. Read all the comments on here.

Just had a Relentless now I think I'll
WRITE BINARY ALL OVER MY WALL FOR MOST OF TONIGHT
take a break to see the weigh in
DEHYDRATE MYSELF SO I CAN MORE EASILY FIND A VEIN
FIND A PATTERN IN ALL THE NEWSPAPER CLIPPINGS ON THE CIELING IN MY CELLAR
WORK OFF MY 1% EXCESS FAT SO I CAN MORE EASILY SLIP INTO MY NEIHBOUR'S HOUSE SO I CAN SEE WHERE SHE'S HIDING THE BODIES/GOLD
WAIT IN HER BASEMENT WHEN SHE GETS UP AND THEN ESCAPE WHEN NIGHTFALLS
PUT ON SOME CLOTHES ONCE I AM HOME ONCE AGAIN
EXPLAIN MY ALIBI TO THE POLICE
READ BACK ALL THE BINARY I'VE WRITTEN
COVER MYSELF IN TINFOIL SO THEY DON'T KNOW MY NEXT MOVE
VOMIT. EVERYTHING CONTAINS POISON
WRITE MORE BINARY
DO PULLUPS UNTIL COVERAGE STARTS
Settle down to watch the whole thing live with a lovely cuppa and some pizza while slicing my initials and date of birth into my arm with a stanley knife.

Looking forward to this weekend Smile

Sorry, how has nobody recognised that was the greatest post ever?
