Nick evans must be the best no.10 in the world not playing international rugby, he's got better last 2 years and would be giving Dan Carter a run for his money if he was still in NZ.

Well I think that by 2015 NZ willm have scraped their not playing abroad policy and change it too you have to have played in the country in the last x number of years.

No chance. The day we can the "you must be employed by the NZRU to play for the All Blacks" rule is the beginning of the end for NZ's international rugby dominance.
