The only reason he accepted £9m was because I couldn't outbid Viva's £10m and then Viva did the dirty. My offer wasn't withdrawn, it was that I couldn't go higher.

20% rule doesn't apply as cherries has been manager for more than 2 weeks now.

Either way, I am ensuring it is £10.5m
