They will need calmness and serenity to battle relegation and not get too pressured, and Giggs does a load of it and he's playing at 38 to a high level.

Plus he was banging his brother's missus. So he has bags of energy.

Actually forget the player scouting for the moment.

We will get rid of the deadwood first, then sort out the squad. Then decide where we need to strength, and who we will bring in, and where.

Im not on for long will be on properly tomorrow, is there specific positions you want me to look for?

I don't know about Redknapp realistically I think he will take a little break and when he comes back it will to be a bigger club. I'm liking Curbs, he was linked to Birmingham not long ago and I feel the Reading job would tempt him. I think we should use real life situations so we can back up our points with proof rather then assumptions and guesses.

You do make a good point mate. Nothing is set in stone yet.

I will decide what positions I want you to look for when we have decided what we need to strengthen Viva. It will be decided when everyone is on tomorrow probably thumbsup

I kind of agree with Viva, and that's why I put Curbishley top of my list. Redknapp would be the flashy appointment, but in reality I'm not sold that he'd be overly keen to join Reading at this stage.

With Curbishley I think he'd relish a place to build and he is very very good at it, as well as having the experience in exactly the areas we need.

I agree with both of you. While I think it is a good signing and would help our team, it does take up a lot of our budget.

Lets decide who we need to release first, and then we can from there. Step by step, lets not get too ahead of ourselves.

I was focussing on the players with my little ideas but I suppose it all helps in the end, to build a good feeling at the club as a whole.

I think little innovations like these are good and they all help towards the main aim.
