Blue - I think he was always coming back!! Spoke to cousins of mine from Tipp when he retired - they were all pretty confident he'd be back for championship.

Great news though.

Great news though.

I was hearing the opposite all along. It was though he was peed of about not getting the captaincy, but I actually believed him when he said it was business reasons and having managed a pub in London for about three years, it's a very tough business to make work no matter how many hours you put in.

Oh yes Blue, I'm looking forward to the summer already! Smile It's still all oval ball at the minute, but that's coming to an end soon.

It was all a con job by Corbett. He was always coming back but wanted someone to give him a job or buy the Pub off him. Don't be fooled lads!

Is he "back" because Jackie Tyrell finally let him out of his pocket?

good to see that one of the best hurlers will be hurling.

Bar men are ten a penny. Good hurlers are harder to come by

I'm not surprised by this at all. Would have liked to have seen him come back after the semi but sure Shane O'Neill can take him. I hope.

Went to a bit of Christy Ring action today. Derry Vs London.

London scored 2 points in the second half but had built up enough of a lead to hang on to win by 2.

If ever a game was won on the sidelines, that was it. London had a couple of outstanding hurlers, Derry the same.... they were just smarter.
