anyway, just for info NITB (and because I love to be proven right ) here is a link to the rulebook of the ATP. Open part VIII The Code, and at page 22 (or 166) you will find the relevant codes concerning time delays. "If such a serve is a fault, then the second serve must be struck by the server without delay". Now you cannot seriously tell me 16 bounces of the ball constitutes "without delay"...
