Ronnie Coleman Seminar

OK so my better half has landed my a ticket to go to the Ronnie Coleman seminar in May in London...to say I am hyped is an understatement the guy is my idol!

Its a Q&A session so I guess if you could ask Mr 8 Time Olympia or any other pro builder a question...what would it be?

Will defo try and get a pick with the big man!!!

Went to seminar once by Shaun "the dinosaur bulldog" Davies and he reckons you shouldn't waste your time with anyone who worked under the guidance of Joe Weider.
At the top elite level of bodybuilding they won on two grounds
1. they were happy enough to take more steroids than everyone else.
2.Joe Weider liked them because they kissed up to him.

He slated the whole American Body Building scene as a charade for endorsement and financial gain.

He met Weider a few times and found him uninterested in what you want but more interested in what you are going to do for him.

Essence I went to one when he visited Wales- it was brilliant, so insightful. He's a great guy too, and I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

Can't stand the guy.....He's a huge un-aesthetic-freak and not a great advertisement for the game..

Yes in a Country where not only Steroid dealing is illegal but steroid possession is as well!!!!

But it's okay because whereas Ronnie has probably arrested plenty of dealers he became 18/19 stone and ripped by drinking protein shakes!!!

How much AAS, HGH, Peptides and Slin did you have to take to get where you are?
