I wonder if this will speed up or slow down a chunky re,atch? I think they should wait until they are fighting for world honours or thereabouts, mind you could get a trilogy out of that rivalry. But first things first, we need to see Groves in the ring again soon.

Watch Warren backtrack on previous statements regarding Groves and Degale.

Suggests to me they may be winding down the promotional outfit, Haye has made them a fortune and do they have the hunger to take monetary risks with the promotional side of things?

Haye cant promote at all he was only doing it coz he fighting himself and getting deals and now that he got destroyed people dont wanna know. calzaghe tried to promote too but had no clue lol.

Do people really think Haye was really involved in Hayemaker promotions?

Hayemaker is closing down which indicates to me Haye will retire. Froget that anyway, what do you think ol fish eyes will do for Groves career?

Keep him inactive while DeGale fights his way up the rankings.

Haye was the main person involved coz he was in the big fights. Now that he got schooled and is not fighting they cant get anywhere without him and the cards and tv slots he can pull. Groves and Booth on there own would get nowhere they needed Haye and all the interest Sky had in him.

He better not. Groves needs an opponent fast. Problem is Degale is at top end of who Groves can beat a the mo so may need to take step back. I would get Robin Reid in with him, may be shot but at least he is a name and a veteran.

He was the boxer/figurehead but I have my doubts that he was involved in the running of the company.

If he was doing nothing then it would make no sense that Booth is still his trainer as he would be like saying Booth mate you are a crap promoter Im finding someone else but still training with him?

Scott such cynicism, you'll be trying to tell me next Ricky Hatton does not take the lead in the contract negotiations Hatton promotions have with Sky.

Sorry I don't follow. If who was doing nothing? It was always Booth's plan to back out of boxing soon. It's a mutual split, they know they wont be there long term for Groves so have let him move on.

That part shouldn't really surprise anyone. The only shock should be that it's Warren not Matchroom as was rumoured.
