What were all those Scandanavian games in 1971???

Was it a northern world cup qualifing time?

Why were the two Fiji/Tonga games played home/away at the same location in 1981?

I took the date from 8th to 15th august. It could have been that the 8th fell and 15th fell on two seperate weekends.
