I know that most men have no interest in women's rugby so think for a moment of what it will do for the men's game in time. Women who love rugby will naturally encourage their children to play the sport, both boys and girls. Women's rugby is gaining in popularity in countries like Brazil and the Netherlands which have had no luck in converting men to the game. Through this growth rugby is becoming a far more international sport.

Women's rugby is doing great in terms of spreading the sport in less rugby playing nations. Even in the USA the size of the women's game is huge.
