In my mind the front row picks itself - Cole, Corbs, Sherry, Stevens all deserve to go Doran-Jones as backup.
Payne and Wilson offer nothing apart from experience! Same can be said of Chuter. Hartley, Thomps and Mears to go.
Deacon, Lawes and Palmer to go. If what Corry says about Shaw is true (his shoulder is gone) then perhaps Shawsy could offer a backup role. Perhaps too soon for Botha, but definately to have a go after WC.
Croft, Easter, Haskell, Wood, Moody, Waldrom to go. Fourie and Robshaw as backup depending on injury.
