What's the rationale behind Goneva, Sinoti and Cooper not being registered?

Interesting pack selection for Glaws, but it's a hell of a strong bench to call upon. I'm thoroughly looking forward to this one and as long as we don't gift 2 soft tries and actually manage to kick at least one goal, we should have enough to win this... Lightning can't strike twice can it?
