There's an old rules page up on here 7&1/2.
Squads are 40 and 20 for academy.
Need 4 EQ starting and 8 EQ in overall squad on matchdays.
You put your team in and then do some short tactics on how you want to play and how to target opposition (if you want to).
You then do scores on the games each week. 1 game a week, following the AP season.
Trade players between clubs freely, remembering EQ is quite important. Foreign signings at certain points in the year.
It's much easier than it sounds, trust me.
