Deadlines:
The league will work as follows:
Squads will be locked Monday of the game week at 12 noon.
Injuries announced Monday evening
Tactics are to be in by midnight on Wednesday night
This gives people chance to vote on games which will be a deadline of Friday at midnight.

Tactics:
Tactics should contain a starting XI a subs bench and some instructions on how you want your team to play/set up. These will be sent to the allocated person/people for that week. There is a limit of 200 words but here is how it is broken down:
Injuries in tactics WILL BE optional but if they are then they will NOT count towards the 200 word limit.
Formations in tactics ARE NOT optional but WILL NOT be counted towards the 200 word limit.
A Substitute Bench IS NOT optional and WILL NOT be counted towards the 200 word limit as long as there are no instructions within that section.
The rest beyond that WILL be counted, so an explanation of how you want to play and any substitute instructions will need to be within the 200 word limit.
Failure to hand in tactics will result in a 2-0 default win as long as the opposing team has entered their weekly tactics. Games will be postponed if both teams happen to not hand in tactics for that match.

Votes:
Each week a nominated person is considered the Head Judge. All votes are to be PM'd to him.

Each game is broken down into 4 areas with the following points assigned to each area-

Team - 11 points
Tactics & formation - 9 points
Subs - 3 points
Home advantage - default 2 points to home team.

For each area (except home advantage) split the points as you see fit between the two teams.
So for example it could be a RL game between Man Utd v Man City and you awarded it:

Team - Utd 4, City 7
Tactics - Utd 7, City 2
Subs - Utd 2, City 1

So the above example would be a total of:

Utd - 16 (14 + 2 for home advantage)
City - 10

The score is then divided by 4 (round up) to a score of 4-3 in favour to Utd.

This though isn't necessarily the final score, the important aspect is the difference between the two teams (1 goal win to Utd)
The Head Judge makes the final decision then to decide upon what the score will be based upon that goal difference so if it's defensive game he'll pick a 1-0 win, if he thinks attacks will get the better of the defences it'll be 5-4 etc.

Scores are compulsory, reasoning as to why is recommended but not compulsory as aware time is precious

Transfers:
Transfer bids are unlimited meaning that you can sign as many players as you like from Transfermarkt.co.uk each week, which is the website we will be using for prices on players. There is no limit on who can be signed or where from.
Transfer bids have to be increased by the following amounts for each cost bracket:

£1m for bids that are more than £20m
500k for bids that are below £20m
£100k for bids that are below £1m - Free players can start of as £0 but can be bidded on just like any other player.

100k under 1m

Once an offer has been made on a player in the TP section, the player is available to be bid on for 1 hour, whoever has the highest bid will win that player. Any bids made will mean that manager has commited that money and will be required to pay that money should they win the player.
If you do not have the budget to bid, you will not be able to bid on that player.

Domestic Transfers:
You are able to trade freely within the league with other managers but if a trade feels extremely unfair to other managers, they can raise it and the league runner will look into it to not allow any dodgy deals to go through unfairly. All money is to be paid up front with no guarantee of further payment elsewhere.

Loans:
Loans are now allowed within the league.
The minimum a player can be loaned out for is 4 weeks and this player can still be injured during his time at his loan club.
The player only counts towards squad count for the team he is loaned to rather than the parent club.
Loaned players do not count towards the parent club's Homegrown player requirement.
Maximum of 5 players can be loaned out in season 1 and can be adjusted in future seasons by the league runner if needed.
Loans CAN happen after Injuries are drawn as they fall under Domestic Transfers.

Releases:
Releases will be a way of income for teams in the league, players can be freely released at 75% of their total value and there is no cap on how many players you can release in the game week.
Players who are released from the league are not eligible to be signed by anyone else in the league until a month has passed real time.

Injuries:
You will recieve 4 random injuries each week, with these players not being able to play in the upcoming game week.
Injuries will be drawn every Monday evening by the league runner. Players CAN be injured for more than one week consecutively. Obviously if the player in question is constantly being drawn each week, we will have to consider redrawing another player.

Cash Bonuses:
You will recieve £1m combined if you manage to submit tactics on time or successfully hand in tactics and manage to vote for that week.
500k for Tactics
500k for Voting

Squad Info
There is a Squad limit of 30 as a maximum, if you are over that limit then you will have to release players until you reach the 30 mark.
You are REQUIRED to have a minimum of 5 players who are considered home grown, this means that if you manage a club from Italy for example then you will have to have at least 5 Italian players in your squad. 2 of these players will be required to be in your starting XI each week.
