Not sure Alli should be top. English bias, it feels

I looked at it and thought it can't be in any sort of order. There are some low down which should be much higher up (Niguez, Marquinhos, Sule, Kimmich for example).

Unless it's in reverse order and Alli is the 50th best young player in Europe?
