I made it

Rashford (8.5m) + Dembele (15.3m) + Van Dijk (13.6m) = 37m

Kimmich (17m) + Bartra (6.8m) + Wilson (7.65m) = 30m

But just don't see me gaining much in that one as I'd much rather have Rashford and Van Dijk than Bartra and Wilson, and Kimmich/Dembele about the same just in different positions

Dele Alli = Sule

Sule would help shore up that leaky defence and you know he's rated highly by all on this league. Nando hates Alli with a passion on the other hand.

You've got a lot of midfielders ..

Kimmich/Gueye/Cyprien/Alli/Castro all interest to varying degrees

I've got Elvedi that I will sell. He is predominantly a CB, but has also played RB, LB and DM

But I want his TM value of £5.95m for him.

I would be interested in something with him for Alli or Gueye. I have up to £10.3m cash I can chuck in for the right deal

Sorry, no interest in letting Bakayoko go unless it's in a deal for Alli

How about something with Elvedi + cash for Idrissa Gueye then?

No worries. I'll leave it.

Only mentioned it as you said you were after a versatile defender.

I need Iwobi as I don't have the depth up front to lose a forward

Origi + 2m

=

Isak + Cyprien

Bit of a value difference but Isak/Cyprien have had a price increase and Origi will get one

I'd like to sell Vito Mannone to lawyers - and my first choice keeper in Pickford is out so he'll be playing (surprise!)

Would you be happy if I sell him to lawyers now and use him in tactics for this week's game?

Yeah of course that's fine. Put that as a note on the confirmation perhaps that it is for completing on Friday but posting now as you are not around.

Banking on him getting a pretty good price rise once values are updated, what would you offer?

If you raise the 34m you can have Kante.

No thanks. I prefer what Dembele brings me and rate him much better than I do Keita.

Keita has been creative this season though. I think you are underselling him on that aspect (although I do still prefer Dembele)

I'm not playing hard ball. I think Dembele is massively undervalued on TM for his ability.

So to answer your question, £30m as that is how much a replacement of his level would cost. And for swap, I'd be after Dele Alli. That is the only swap I would do

I have the replacement in mind, which is why I want cash instead.

Can you let me know one way or the other today what you think you will do, as it will have a direct impact on my signings tomorrow.

Cheers
