In Episode 7, The lads are joined by Former Arsenal Forward and Current Leyton Orient Academy coach Omer Riza who discusses his journey through the Arsenal Academy, How the intensity of the training increased and the focused changed as he moved through the age groups and his promotion to the Gunners first team.

Omer also discusses his current role in the Leyton Orient academy,how he got involved in coaching and the difficulty of recruiting youth players with some many big clubs around London.
